Norma Jean Brock of Bedford passed away Wednesday morning, November 18th at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis at the age of 81.
Born in 1928 in Orange County to parents Clifton and Lucy Ellen (Newton) Marshall, she had been married to Eddie Noble since 1947 and later Dean M. Brock in 1962.
Norma was a graduate of French Lick High School in the class of 1947, was employed with Indiana Bell for 29 years, was a member of the Indiana Bell Pioneers and St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Sara Snyder and her husband Alex "Rocky"; one son, Daniel E. Noble and his wife Marlene; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren; one sister, Avis Lorraine Charnes as well as several nephews and one niece.
She is preceded in death by her parents; both husbands and one brother, Jimmy Clifton Marshall.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 23rd at 10:00AM at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church with burial to follow in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 6:00PM on Sunday, November 22nd and from 8:30AM until 9:45AM on Monday, November 23rd at Day & Carter Mortuary.
A rosary service will be conducted at 5:30PM on Sunday at Day & Carter Mortuary as well.
