Obituaries For Louis A. Haueter, 77, Bedford

Louis A. Haueter of Bedford passed away Tuesday afternoon at Garden Villa at the age of 77.

Born in 1931 in Louisville Kentucky to parents Louis A. and Jessie (Shake) Haueter, Louis had been married to Betty Lee Emenegger since 1954, was an electronic tech at NWSC Crane and General Electric, and served five years in the United States Coast Guard during the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, David Haueter and his wife Cheryl, Richard Haueter and his wife Beth; one daughter, Barbara Hawkins and her husband Bret; five grandchildren: Kara, Kyle, Sarah, Kate, Mary Haueter; three great-grandchildren: Kylee Alvardo, Ian Wood, Jayden Wood; and one sister, Louise Young.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother Norman Haueter.

Services will be held Friday, July 31st at 3:00 PM at Ferguson - Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greene Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday, July 31st from 1:30 PM until the service at 3:00 PM at Ferguson - Lee Funeral Home.
