8:33 p.m. Benjamin Morrow, 27, Oolitic, improper display of a license plate.

8:14 p.m. Lisa Vance, 30, 718 T St., speeding.

7:51 p.m. Dustin Spires, 19, Bloomington, muffler violation.

7:16 p.m. Joseph Pierce, 18, 33 Fleetwood Add., no or improper head lights, no license in possession when required.

6:23 p.m. Vicki Wathen, 61, 1611 19th St., speeding.

5:46 p.m. Ashley Fox, 35, Bloomington, speeding.

4:39 p.m. Richard Ayers, 21, Mitchell, improper tail lights or license plate light.

4:15 p.m. Charletta Turner, 55, 1044 Old U.S. 50, disregarding a traffic control device.

3:50 p.m. Agnes Raymundo, 65, Salem, improper turn at intersection, improper display of license plate.

9:19 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of S Street.

8:32 p.m. Medical emergency at St. Vincent de Paul School.

7:28 p.m. Fire at St Vincent Dunn Hospital. A Seals ambulance was on fire. Bedford Fire Department responded.

6:53 a.m. Report of an abandoned vehicle at the post office.

3:35 p.m. Theft at WalMart.

12:48 p.m. Theft in the 2000 block of H Street.

12:23 p.m. Theft in the 3200 block of John Williams Boulevard.

9:22 a.m. A person was on station to report a battery.

9:08 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1500 block of Clinic Drive.

Accidents
January 30

8:23 p.m. Property damage accident at X Street and John Williams Boulevard.

7:05 p.m. Property damage accident at Beech Street and John Williams Boulevard.

11:37 a.m. Accident with injuries on K Street. No report was available.

10:46 a.m. Property damage accident in the 1600 block of K Street.

Incidents
January 31

1:27 a.m. Report of carbon monoxide detectors sounding at a home in the 900 block of South 9th Street in Mitchell. The family was out of the home. Mitchell Volunteer Fire Department responded.

12:38 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1300 block of Old U.S. 60 West. A woman left the home for the night.

January 30

10:51 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1000 block of Port Williams Road. Huron and Williams VFD and a Seals ambulance was alerted.

9:44 p.m. Report of a person violating a protective order in the 500 block of Louie Smith Road.

9:36 p.m. Report of an injured dog on Ind. 37 by Storage Express.

9:19 p.m. A woman reported a domestic fight. She did not request an officer, but said she was almost out of minutes on her phone and would call if she needed an officer and the problem continued. No address was listed on the log.

7:20 p.m. Report of a suspicious person dressed all in black walking east from the bridge on Ind. 450.

6:51 p.m. A person, in the 500 block of Patton Hill Road, reported that they were threatened on Facebook.

6 p.m. Request for extra patrols in the 1400 block of East Oolitic Road, because the caller was having problems with two people.

5:33 p.m. Medical emergency in the 700 block of U.S. 60 East. Marion VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

2:12 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 3900 block of Dixie Highway.

2:02 p.m. Report of two dogs running loose in the 500 block of Yockey Trail.

9:02 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1100 block of Younger Road. The female caller reported her exhusband had placed hay bails behind her vehicle blocking her from leaving. Police made the man move the hay bails and he was warned not to return to the home.

Arrests
January 30

3:40 p.m. Kayla Applegate, 22, Brownstown, theft. Applegate was transported to the Lawrence County Jail.
