4:10 p.m. Casey Garrison, 21, 6315 Bartlettsville Rd., parole violation.

5:55 p.m. Bryan White, 54, 2102 Park Ave., wanted on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

2:20 a.m. Viking Wright, 32, 407 18th St., wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke probation.

2:23 a.m. Report of a house fire on the top of Red Hill off State Road 54 in Kenwood Addition. Perry, Indian Creek and Oolitic Volunteer Fire Departments responded.

1:20 a.m. Report of a vehicle in high water on Peerless Road near Newco Metals. The vehicle was submerged. No one was in the vehicle or around it.

12:49 a.m. Report of a man out of control and that he had battered a child and was now arguing with his wife at a home in the 100 block of Wesley Chapel Road. Police say there was no battery and the parties involved will leave for the night.

10:32 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1700 block of Lynwood Drive.

10:31 p.m. A person was on station to report a battery in the 400 block of Lynwood Drive.

7:07 p.m. Report of a neighbor shooting the callers cat in the 1600 block of Pumphouse Road.

5:34 p.m. Report of a fight between a parent and son in the 100 block of Indian Trail Ridge Road. The son was gone when police arrived. No charges were filed.

5:28 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 300 block of The Woods. Police were unable to locate anyone firing a gun.

5:23 p.m. A person was on station about a child custody problem.

4:29 p.m. Report of a vehicle in high water on Judah Logan Road, near the railroad side of the bridge.Nno one was in the vehicle.

4:12 p.m. DNR officers were investigating the poaching of two deer in the gravel lot at Peerless Road and Bud Ikerd Lane.

3:58 p.m. Medical emergency in the 200 block of Mundell Church Road. Pleasant Run and Shawswick VFD responded.

2:36 p.m. Report of a stray dog in the 1400 block of Washboard Road.

2:25 p.m. Report of two large dogs running loose in the 240 block of Patton View Drive.

2:18 p.m. Indiana State Police disposed of meth lab wast found on Ind. 37, just south of Oolitic.

1:59 p.m. A person was on station to drop a protective order.

12:26 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2700 Avoca Eureka Road. Marshall VFD responded.

12:20 p.m. A person was on station to report a child custody dispute.

10:17 a.m. Report of vandalism to mailboxes in the 700 block of State Road Ind. 58.

3:23 a.m. Report of finding an open door at the Fayetteville Store. The manager was contacted.

1:01 a.m. Report of a truck in high water on Judah Logan Road near Salt Creek bridge.

2:05 a.m. Nachols Robbins, 25, Mitchell, wanted on a warrant for theft.

12:01 a.m. Brett Arthur, 22, 1989 State Road 37, expired drivers license.

3:29 p.m. Cory Rayhill, 28, 209 West Oak St., expired license plate.

Incidents

11:44 a.m. A woman wanted to know if she has keys to a resident and is getting mail there if she can legally go in and get the rest of her belongings. Police told the woman she could not legally enter the residence if she had been evicted, but would have to have a court order to retrieve her belongings.

11:51 p.m. A woman reported she had found a lost tan and white basset hound.

1:07 p.m. A woman at Warren and Third streets reported animal cruelty. Two dogs were chained to a tree and had no shelter. The dogs were inside when police arrived at the home and were only tied out to do their business.

2:03 p.m. Report of a sick owl in the 500 block of Main Street.

4:59 p.m. Request for firefighters to check for carbon monoxide at a home in the 600 block of 14th Street. Mitchell VFD responded.

7:50 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 1200 block of Stevens Lane because a woman was not responding. Mitchell VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

9:18 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of Main Street reported when she came home on Friday there as a dump truck parked on her property and it is still there and she wants it removed. The owner of the dump truck was contacted and he will remove it in the morning.

12:46 a.m. Report of a loud noise complaint in the 1000 block of West Main Street.
