2:25 p.m. Adam Staggs, 34, 910 18th St., wanted on a warrant for forgery, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deceit.

10:49 a.m. David Phillips, 28, 906 Lincoln Ave., wanted on a warrant for forgery, theft and receiving stolen property.

2:14 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 800 block of 13th Street.

1:46 a.m. Report of a person receiving threats in the 800 block of 13th Street.

4:38 p.m. Property damage accident at 12th and L streets with a vehicle leaving the scene.

9:30 a.m. Corey Ricketts, 20, Bloomington, wanted on a warrant for three counts of theft.

5:30 p.m. Christopher Shipman, 45, Bloomington, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

7:12 p.m. Landon Dillard, 21, 903 Ridge Dale Drive, wanted on a warrant for endangerment for operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance.

12:51 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 6600 block of Ind. 258. The caller reported a truck pulled behind the home. The vehicle was stopped on Avoca Eureka Road.

November 5

11:41 p.m. 911 call reporting his neighbor had just come to his home in the 600 block of O Street to have him call police because the man's wife had just attempted to stab him with a knife. Bedford Police were alerted.

10:21 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle on Woody Farm Road. Police say the woman had just pulled over to talk on the phone.

9:15 p.m. A woman outside of the Lawrence County Security Center was cited for littering.

9:09 p.m. A man outside of the Lawrence County Security Center was cited for littering.

7:39 p.m. Report of a suspicious person. The person went to a police officers home requesting to use the phone. The officer believed the male was having a domestic fight with is girlfriend. The man then left on foot.

6:27 p.m. A caller requested an officer to check on the caller's grandmother at a home in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Oolitic. The woman was fine.

2:45 p.m. A woman was on station to report fraud.

2:37 p.m. A woman on Kentucky Hollow Road reported that someone had forged her name on a trailer title.

2:31 p.m. A woman was on station to report a theft.

2:25 p.m. A woman was on station to report that Comcast had taken money out of her banking account without her permission.

1:49 p.m. A caller in the 2700 block of Maul Ridge Road reported being harassed. Officers spoke to both parties involved.

12:17 p.m. Request for extra patrols in the 1400 block of Washboard Road because two neighbors are disputing over a property line.

12:02 p.m. A resident on Private Addition Road reports the neighbor's puppies are running loose and terrorizing her and her granddaughter.

11:53 a.m. Report of a stray lab running loose in the 6400 block of ind. 58. The dog has caused damage to the residence.

11 a.m. Report of a suspicious person on Country Estates Drive. A person in a white Ford flat-bed truck with "Titan Construction" on the side was peddling equipment wrapped in shrink wrap. The caller believed the items could be stolen.

10:49 a.m. A resident in the 60 block of Poplar Ridge Road reported a person attempted to scan him out of money. The call originated from ACS Income Assistance.

10:25 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 7300 block of Bartlettsville Road. The person said the vehicle looked like an unmarked police car and it was slowing down along the roadway. The vehicle was a police officers looking for an address.

10:03 a.m. Report of criminal mischief in the 500 block of Old Vincennes Road. The caller reported that someone had put something in the gas tank of a Farm Pro tractor.

9:52 a.m. 911 call reporting a medical emergency in the 100 block of Pumpkin lane. A man was having medical issues. A Seals ambulance and Marshall, Oolitic and Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department first responders were alerted.

9:35 a.m. 911 call reporting that someone was attempting to steal their neighbor's vehicle in the 2400 block of M Street. Bedford Police were alerted.

9 a.m. A motorist traveling westbound on U.S. 50 East from Ind. 446 reported that another driver in a burgundy Dodge
car, possibly an unmarked police vehicle, had pulled up to the driver and told the motorist he was doing to shoot them.
Police believe the person was impersonating an officer but were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:55 a.m. Report of a stray blue tick coonhound at a home in the 3800 block of Pleasant Run Road.

7:03 a.m. A woman in the 3600 block of U.S. 50 requested information about filing a missing person report. The woman after talking to officers decided not to file the report.

5:53 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 6600 block of Ind. 158. The vehicle was parked in the field and there were people walking around with flashlights.

4:53 a.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver traveling south on Ind. 37 from Cross Road Church. The vehicle, a light blue Chevrolet car, was all over the roadway.

4:21 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle parked at Shawswick Elementary School. The building was secure. No one was around the vehicle. The custodian was aware the vehicle was there.

6:15 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 37 and Oolitic Road.

7:42 a.m. Property damage accident on U.S. 50 West about a half a mile up Truck Hill Lane.

November 5

12:21 a.m. Safety Response Medical Company requested an ambulance to Camelot Courts because a woman had fallen and was injured. Mitchell VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

8:44 a.m. Request for an ambulance to Camelot Courts because a 60-year-old woman was up all night vomiting and needs to go back to the hospial. A Seals ambulance responded.

8:47 a.m. A resident on Third Street reported her black lab got loose and if found to call her.

9:17 a.m. Officers received an alert to be on the look out for a burgundy or maroon Crown Victorian passenger vehicle possibly made to look like an unmarked police car with at leas one emergency light fixture in the rear deck. The vehicle was involved in a road rage incident. The driver pulled up to another vehicle and threatened to shoot the other driver. The suspect did not identify himself as a police officer or display any weapons. The vehicle was last seen in the area of U.S. 50 East and Ind. 446 and was last seen at Farmer's Market.

12:47 p.m. Report of a house fire in the 300 block of East Grissom Road. Mitchell VFD responded. The fire was out when they arrived. There was minor damage to the kitchen area. The homeowner's bull mastiff had ran out of the house an not returned. If spotted call the owner.

1:23 p.m. Report of the theft of plumbing and electrical wiring from a home in the 200 block of Brook Street.

1:34 p.m. Guardian Medical requested an ambulance to Camelot Court because an elderly woman had fallen and needs assistance getting up. Mitchell VFD responded.

2:24 p.m. Call from Mitchell High School that a student was out of control. Police received a second call advising an officer was not needed and the problem was under control.

3 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the area of Pioneer Creek Apartments because a man was suffering from a possible blood clot in his leg. Mitchell VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

3:11 p.m. A man in the 100 block of O'Dea Court reported possible fraud.

4:41 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of North Seventh Street reported the neighbor's dog was running loose.

5:20 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of West Warren Street reported that her neighbor has too many dogs in their backyard.

6:30 p.m. Report of a battery that occurred earlier in the area of Mitchell High School. Police spoke to those involved.

10:15 p.m. A resident on Hancock Avenue reported he wanted to speak with an officer because of a problem with an ex-girlfriend. He told officers the neighbor had seen the woman at his home today when he was not there.

11:58 p.m. A resident in the 900 block of Newby and North Ninth streets reported a suspicious male walking from Ninth Street into his yard on Newby Street. The man then went back and is now walking North on Ninth Street. The man was wearing a white hoody and white shorts.

3:32 p.m. Report of a property damage accident in the back parking lot of Mitchell High School.

9:15 p.m. Property damage accident in the 300 block of Helmar Acres. A vehicle had backed into another vehicle.
