11:20 p.m. Andy Evans, 45, Orleans, burglary, battery on a police officers, disorderly conduct.

7:26 p.m. Riley James, 24, 517 South 6th St., expired license plates.

Incidents

1:45 a.m. Request for an ambulance because a 9-month-old baby girl was having trouble breathing. Mitchell Volunteer Fire Department and a Seals ambulance responded.

2:57 p.m. Two men were on station to request items police had recovered. Police told the men the items there were requesting were still in the vehicle.

4:49 p.m. A report that the alley at Ross and Meridian roads was blocked. The alley was open at 4:57 p.m.

11:06 p.m. An Orleans officers called wanting to know where the payphones were located in Mitchell. Dispatch reported the only working pay phone was at McDonalds.

November 4

12:02 a.m. A man requested a welfare check on his girlfriend in the 400 block of Brook Street because she had texted him and he was worried she was suicidal. The woman was okay.
