12:20 a.m. Peter Torgersen, 44, 1703 15th St., disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

2:05 a.m. Michael Poveda, 22, Mitchell, possession of marijuana with the intent to deal, possession of marijuana, possession of meth.

5:24 p.m. Welfare check requested at WalMart.

4:51 p.m. Request for a welfare check to the 1000 block of 23rd Street.

4:32 p.m. Report of an animal problem in the 2100 block of G Street. A man was advised about his dog and issued a citation.

3:56 p.m. Report of an offense against a child in the 1600 block of K Street.

3:35 p.m. Report of a parking problem in the 2300 block of J Street.

3:02 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 2600 block of 16th Street.

2:34 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at WalMart.

11:52 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1500 block of I Street.

11:03 a.m. Extra patrol at 16th Street and the railroad tracks.

10:05 a.m. Report of trespassing at the Bedford Public Library.

2:55 p.m. Peter Brendel, 52, homeless, wanted on a parole violation.

October 4

3 a.m. Nicholas Atkin, 21, 3712 Leatherwood Rd., wanted on a warrant for failure appear.

12:58 a.m. 911 call reporting that someone was breaking into their home in the attic area of a home in 400 block of J Street. Bedford Police were alerted.

12:03 a.m. A man in the 1600 block of Earl Road reported that his vehicle had been stolen. The caller told police that he and another male had went to the home on Earl Road and the other man got back into the caller's vehicle and drove off without permission. Police located the vehicle in Paoli. The vehicle had been towed after Orange County Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the man who took it Christopher Agan for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

10:55 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 1200 block of N Street because a woman had fallen off a ladder and injured her leg. An IU Health Hospital and Bedford Police were alerted.

10:20 p.m. Report of a Maple Ridge Apartments because a person was beating on a door.

9:10 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the Springville Park. The caller believed the woman in the park was intoxicated.

8:49 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 600 block of Trinton Circle trying to break into a bedroom window. Police were unable to locate anyone and will make extra patrols.

6:04 p.m. Report of a resident on Private Addition Road reporting their neighbor was burning things and it was exploding. The person reporting the incident called a second time because things keep exploding. Marion Volunteer Fire Department responded and the fire was put out because the person was burning illegal items.

5:32 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 800 block of Indian Creek Road because a person was suffering a possible stroke. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek VFD responded.

5:30 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 150 block of Gun Club Road.

4:13 p.m. Request for extra patrols in the 10900 block of Williams Road because a neighbor had been shooting at the road signs.

3:15 p.m. Report of possible animal neglect at a home on Rariden Hill Road.

12:43 p.m. Report of cows out at Hitchcock Farm on Ind. 37 south of the bridge.

10:27 a.m. Request for an officer to the High School because a student was found with a tobacco product. The teen was cited.

10:17 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 1700 block of WPA Road. The caller was extremely upset and there was a problem with an intoxicated male at the home. Seals Ambulance and Marion and Shawswick VFD were alerted.

9:18 a.m. Report of identity fraud in the 1400 block of Lawrenceport Road. The caller reported a man was using her mailing address.

8:46 a.m. Report of the theft of a large plastic pumpkin in the 4100 block of Bartlettsville Road.

7:29 a.m. Request for a welfare check on a resident in the 5800 block of Ind. 158. The child reported that they could not get their mother up and could not go to school. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek VFD responded. Police said everything was fine the mother and father were asleep.

5:04 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to a home in the 2700 block of U.S. 50 because a man was suffering a possible heart attack. An IU Health Hospital and Shawswick VFD were alerted.

5:47 p.m. Personal injury accident in the 2800 block of Pinhook Road.

3:25 p.m. Car/deer accident on U.S. 50 West.

3:51 a.m. Request for an officer to the 300 block of Frank Street because someone was beating on the neighbor's door. Police say the person was attempting to wake the homeowner.

12:21 p.m. A person was on station to speak to a person reference a child being hit by a parent in the 600 block of Grissom Avenue.

3:46 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a black F150 in the area of Lost River Liquor. Police were unable to locate the driver.

4:10 p.m. A resident at Warren and 14th Street request the street department to pick up a dead cat.

4:35 p.m. A father and daughter are on station to report information about a fight that was posted on Facebook.

10 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Dale Street dialed 911 and then hung up. A child was playing with the phone.

10:04 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of Frank Street called police and then hung up.

11:52 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 1100 block of North Eighth Street because a cancer patient was acting out of her mind. A Seals Ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.
