10:24 p.m. Dakota Stinson, 19, 2820 Washington Ave., resisting arrest, no financial responsibility, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, criminal recklessness, open container, disregarding a stop sign, minor in possession of alcohol, unlicensed driver, public intoxication.

11:30 p.m. An Oolitic woman was on station to report harassment by her exhusband.

9:48 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a black Chevrolet S-10 traveling on Ind. 37 near Cross Roads Church. The driver was texting and driving.

5:14 p.m. A resident in the 1300 block of Meridian Road reported receiving a call wanting the caller to send 1 percent of prize money they had won. The caller was given the number of the Attorney General's Office.

4:33 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a maroon Pontiac on Sportsman Club Road.

4:18 p.m. Medical emergency in the 800 block of Fairview Mundell Road because an elderly woman was confused and under the bed. Pleasant Run Volunteer Fire Department first responders and a Seals ambulance were alerted.

3 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the area of Ind. 54 at the Ind. 58/54 split. The person was dressed in black and ran behind a tree when he spotted the driver.

12:41 p.m. 911 call reporting a possible drunk driver on Ind. 37 near Apple Acres. The vehicle then turned onto Yockey Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver arrested.

11:40 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of North Jackson Street.

10:22 a.m. Request for a welfare check on a resident on Helton Road.

9:38 a.m. Medical emergency in the 100 block of Green Hill Addition Road. A woman had fallen. Marshall VFD and an IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

9:35 a.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 200 block of Turnpike Road. A neighbor had put a gate up across the caller's driveway.

6:29 p.m. Steven Hopper, 21, 1238 Hwy.37 Mitchell, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.

8:41 a.m. Request for an ambulance to Mitchell Manor because of an illness. IU Health Hospital responded.

9:18 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 600 block of Warren Street because a man was having a seizure. An IU Health Hospital and Mitchell VFD first responders were alerted.

11:15 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 1000 block of Crawford Street because a woman was having a seizure. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

12:44 p.m. Request for an ambulance to Wendy's because a woman was down and having a possible heart attack. Mitchell VFD and an IU Health Hospital responded.

2:07 p.m. A male requested an officers to a home in the 300 block of East Frank Street to help retrieve some items.

2:13 p.m. Report of an unwanted person at a home in the 400 block of Plum Street. The person is yelling and causing problems. The person was gone when police arrived.

2:45 p.m. A woman in the 300 block of North Sixth Street requested to speak to an officers over a child custody issue.

3:25 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated woman walking east on Main Street.

3:40 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of Dale Street reported their neighbor's dog was running loose again. Officers could not find the dog.

4:02 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated woman passed out in a yard in the 1100 block of West Main Street. A person showed up and took the woman home.

6:25 p.m. Report of an accident involving a scooter in the area of South Fourth Street and the person then got the scooter out of the ditch and then was traveling north on South Fourth Street. Mitchell VFD first responders and Seals ambulance were alerted.

9:13 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a silver vehicle traveling south on Ind. 37 from Art Gallery Road.

9:45 p.m. Three people were on station to turn in items found in the area of South Ninth and Wright street.

10:36 p.m. Report that someone had hit the stop and street sign at Ross and Vine streets. A truck pulling a trailer knocked down the signs.

10:44 p.m. Report of a vehicle parked with the back of the vehicle in the roadway on Gilbert Street and Hancock Avenue.

11:10 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance in the 300 block of Wells Avenue because a woman was unresponsive. Mitchell VFD and Seals ambulance responded.

October 18

2:22 p.m. A man at Persimmon Park Apartments reported someone pulled their green GMC in front of his apartment and doesn't understand why they parked there. Police were unable to find the vehicle.
