4:39 p.m. Nicholas Spradlin, 18, Mitchell, improper display of a license plate.

4:03 p.m. Cheryl Bobbs, 56, 129 Edgewood Drive, speeding.

8:38 p.m. Report of a fight at P and 16th streets.

8:27 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at 16th and H streets.

7:50 p.m. Report of a dispute at Cambridge Square Apartments.

7:25 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:02 p.m. A resident in the 1800 block of 30th Street reports harassment.

6:43 p.m. Report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance in the 800 block of 13th Street. Police arrested a man.

6:34 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 1300 block of I Street.

5:37 p.m. Medical emergency in the 4200 block of Mitchell Road.

5:33 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 2300 block of 30th Street.

1:16 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 2600 block of 16th Street.

12:10 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1300 block of 20th Street.

11:57 a.m. Report of an animal problem at Wiley Park.

9:46 a.m. Noise complaint in the 1600 block of 16th Street.

8:49 a.m. Noise complaint in the 1600 block of 16th Street.

7:30 a.m. Request for animal control to Arby's.

12:53 a.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 2000 block of 12th Street.

2 a.m. Report of a disturbance at McDonalds.

4:13 p.m. Property damage accident in the Superior Court Parking lot at 16th and J streets.

10 a.m. Jeremy Kerr, 34, 718 R St., battery.

10:30 a.m. Jessie Phillips, 25, Mitchell, battery.

1:10 p.m. Jessica Kenney, 23, 522 Oolitic Rd., wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke probation.

1:10 p.m. Matthew Sowders, 31, Mitchell, wanted on a warrant for cruelty to animals.

5:15 p.m. Jeffery Atchinson, 37, Avoca, habitual traffic violator.

October 9

1:42 a.m. Officers assisted Mitchell Police on a call where there was possible drug activity at Persimmon Park Apartments.

1:12 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at the New Union Church on Ind. 158. The driver was asked to move on.

12:27 a.m. Report of a large spool of wire in the roadway and cattle out at the Heltonville Park.

October 8

8:36 p.m. Report of horses out in the 1400 block of Norman Road.

8:35 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 500 block of Clarksferry Road. The woman refused to file charges. She did suffer an injury to her foot and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

8 p.m. A resident on Ind. 60 East reported their black lab was missing.

5:16 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 11000 block of Tunnelton Road. The mother reported she was being hit by her daughter and wants her to leave the residence.

4:52 p.m. A man was on station to report possible identity theft.

4:17 p.m. Report of erratic driver in a white Ford Ranger at U.S. 50 East and Ind. 446.

1:51 p.m. A resident in the 200 block of Guthrie Road reported finding a dead cat in front of their barn.

1:36 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of Briarwood Lane reported their neighbor was letting chickens run loose.

12:59 p.m. A woman was on station to turn herself in.

12:54 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Stevens Lane and Rabbitsville Road. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

12:53 p.m. Report of a person in a white box truck driving erratically and traveling southbound on Ind. 37 from Johnny's Junction. The driver was honking their horn and smiling real big. The caller says it was just creepy.

11:04 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to Camelot Court because a woman was having trouble breathing. Seals Ambulance responded.

10:50 a.m. A driver says they were traveling on Oolitic Road when a mountain lion jumped out in front of her vehicle and almost caused her to wreck. The lion was larger then a big dog and had a long tail. Indiana Conservation officers were alerted.

10:33 a.m. A person was on station to report they were receiving threatening text messages from their son. Police will make extra patrols in the 1300 block of Rabbitsville Road.

10:31 a.m. Texas Gas reports they would be blowing out lines in the Leesville area.

10:07 a.m. Report of people sleeping in the Cresthaven Memorial Garden Cemetery. The people were advised.

9:55 a.m. A man was on station to turn himself in.

9:43 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 3000 block of Spencer Pike Road because someone was cutting their fence and opening the gate letting cattle out.

9:22 a.m. Police were called to the Bedford North Lawrence High School because a student was found with a tobacco product. The student was issued a citation.

8:35 a.m. Report of a battery in the 1100 block A Old Vincennes Road. A man was arrested.

8:11 a.m. Report of the theft of a dog in the 800 block of Art Gallery Road.

12:19 a.m. A resident on Gun Smith Road reported that his daughter was getting Facebook messages from a a 16-year-old male in Rushville that was threatening to kill himself. The Indiana State Police were notified.

October 8

2:38 a.m. Property damage accident on Kings Ridge Road.

6:32 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 54 and Old Farm Road.

1:42 p.m. Property damage accident in the northbound lane of Ind. 37 at the White River bridge.

8:16 a.m. Property damage accident at the BNL student parking lot.

7:38 a.m. Truck/deer accident in the 8900 block of Williams Road.

October 8

12:25 a.m. Report of a blue Monte Carlo traveling south on Rabbitsville Road with no taillights.

2:35 a.m. Request for assistance at a home in the 1400 block of Deckard Street. The caller's mother had fallen and she needs help getting her up.

2:14 p.m. Burris Elementary School conducted a fire drill.

4:35 p.m. A man reported they were at a home in the 300 block of East Frank Street to repossess some funiture and the homeowners are refusing to let them in.

6:44 p.m. Report of a dog running loose in the 900 block of Newby Street. The owner of the dog told police they were attempting to find the dog a new home.

7:22 p.m. Report of an open door on a vacant home in the 1000 block of West Grissom Avenue. The caller secured the door. Police checked out the home and there was nothing disturbed.

11:45 a.m. A woman reported she received a call from the medical alert company reference a friend had fallen at Crawford and Fifth Street. Mitchell Volunteer Fire Department first responders and Seals Ambulance responded.
