8:12 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a resident in the 1600 block of Industrial Drive.

8:04 p.m. Report of a theft at Charlie's Fireworks on Mitchell Road.

7:15 p.m. Request for animal control to the 800 block of I Street.

6:55 p.m. Medical emergency in the 600 block of O Street. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

5:36 p.m. Report of a loud noise in the 1100 block of 24th Street.

5:10 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 1600 block of Industrial Drive.

4:56 p.m. A resident in the 2700 block of Western Avenue reported harassment.

4:36 p.m. Request for animal control to the 200 block of O Street.

3:33 p.m. Report of recklessness at Thornton Park.

2:14 p.m. Report of a theft from the Sprint Service Station.

11:55 a.m. Civil dispute at 15th and L streets.

7:34 a.m. Request for a welfare check in the 1300 block of K Street.

10:30 a.m. Request for animal control to K and 22nd streets.

10:18 a.m. Report of a parking problem in the 1500 block of 8th Street.

2:02 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 600 block of T Street.

12:03 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1900 block of Central Avenue.

October 14

9:30 a.m. Gerald Williams, 42, 606 6th St., Mitchell, habitual traffic violator for life, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, wanted on a warrant in Monroe County.

6:30 p.m. Lisa McPherson, 38, 2593 Dixie Highway, wanted on two warrants for petition to revoke probation, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe.

1:27 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 400 block of Sycamore Drive because a male was having chest pains. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

12:46 a.m. Report of gun shots in the area of Ely Lane in Mitchell.

October 14

10:48 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a gray Impala leaving McDonalds.

10:31 p.m. 911 call requesting an officer to a home in the 1000 block of West County Road 250 South in Medora. Jackson County police were alerted.

8:22 p.m. Report of an erratic driver traveling eastbound on U.S. 50 West.

7:19 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2200 block of Old Ind. 60 West. An elderly woman had a high fever. A Seals ambulance responded.

7:12 p.m. Report of a possible house fire in the 12000 block of Tunnelton Road. Guthrie and Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department responded. There was no house fire but a controlled burn.

6:15 p.m. A resident in the 9800 block of Old Ind. 450 reports someone threw two bags of trash in their yard.

5:27 p.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 1600 block of Ind. 54 West.

4:12 p.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 200 block of Kentucky Hollow Road.

3:46 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1300 block of Bono Road. A woman was suffering a possible heart attach. Marion VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

1:57 p.m. A man was on station to report the theft from a grave site in Old Union Cemetery. Police will make extra patrols.

1:47 p.m. Medical emergency in the field next to the Dollar Tree. The caller reported see a male down in the field. Bedford Police were alerted.

1:44 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a white Ford F-350 traveling south on Ind. 37 from the Oolitic stoplight.

12:32 p.m. Report of the theft of farm gates from property in the 700 block of Liberty Church Road.

9:54 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 37 North near Judah.

8:40 p.m. Car/deer accident at Ind. 54 and Popcorn Road in Springville.

11:41 p.m. Matthew McDowell, 25, Springville, driving while driver's license suspended. expired license plate.

9:55 a.m. A resident reported her white, black and brown dog was missing.

10:02 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 300 block of Wells Avenue because a woman was ill. Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

1:52 p.m. Report of a woman passed out in a truck parked on the lot of the Dollar General Store. The truck is a black Ford and parked in the front row. Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded. The woman was taken to the hospital.

3:10 p.m. A woman in the 200 block of South Eighth Street was on station with items found at that location.

3:20 p.m. Request for an ambulance to Camelot Courts because a person had fallen. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

3:22 p.m. Report of a small black dog running loose in the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

3:45 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of South Ninth Street requested an officer because a person was wanting to throw them out of the home. Police advised this was a civil issue.

4:25 p.m. A resident reported the road on Terry Cole Boulevard by the high school needs a warning sign or signal because the pavement has sunk down about 4 inches and could cause damage to vehicles. Police advised there is signs posted.

4:45 p.m. Police issued a ticket to a resident in the 300 block of East Vine Street over a dog incident.

6:10 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of Greenwood Street reported someone had taken his muscle relaxing pills from his home.

6:13 p.m. A resident in the 1000 block of West Brook Street reported a medium-size black dog came over and attacked her dog.

6:46 p.m. A resident on Helmar Drive reported someone had stolen $80 out of her vehicle while parked at the home.

7:12 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 2200 block of Old Ind. 60 because a woman had a high fever and could not walk. A Seals ambulance responded.
7:19 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of Dale Street reported the neighbor's boxer was running loose and is always in the trash. She wanted officers to issue the neighbor a ticket. The owner of the dog was not home when police arrived.

7:45 p.m. Report of a juvenile sitting along the edge of the street in the 500 block of South Seventh Street. The teen was gone when police arrived.

8:10 p.m. Report of a drive slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle in the CVS parking lot. The driver was fine.

8:30 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a resident in the 900 block of Lawrence Street. Everyone was fine.

9:43 p.m. Report of several people in the street in the area of Hancock Avenue and Greenwood Street yelling and screaming and could be possibly fighting. Police then received a second call saying the individual were at a home in the 300 block of Greenwood Street and causing a problem with their son. Officers spoke to all those involved in the verbal fight.

October 15

12:13 a.m. Report of two possible intoxicated drivers leaving the Sprint parking lot. The caller told police the two had been in a verbal fight in the lot. One left in a white mini van and the other in a gray older Crown Victoria and were traveling south on Ind. 37. Orleans police were alerted.

12:52 a.m. Report of possible gun shots in the area of Hancock Avenue. Officers could not find no problem.

1:21 a.m. Report of possible gun shots in the area of Ely Lane. Police could not find a problem.
