8:05 a.m. Austin Ramsay, 18, 2702 North South Poor Farm Road, minor in possession of alcohol.

9:02 p.m. Medical emergency in the 42 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9 p.m. Welfare check at a home in the 3300 block of Michael Avenue.

7:01 p.m. Report of possible drug activity at WalMart.

6:07 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding in the 2000 block of Plaza Drive. Bedford Fire Department responded.

1:27 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Day & Carter Mortuary.

1:24 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at 13th and I streets.

12:51 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1500 block of 20th Street.

12:24 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Buffalo Wings and Rings.

12:18 p.m. Medical emergency in the 3600 block of Able Avenue.

11:41 a.m. Report of an animal problem at 12th and P streets.

8:15 a.m. Report of reckless driving on Ind. 37 and John Williams Boulevard.

8:05 a.m. Report of possible underage drinking in the 1500 block of N Street near the Bedford Middle School. Police arrested one teen.

12:03 p.m. Jessica Ikerd, 34, 1620 6th St., battery with injury.

3:40 p.m. Jackie Board, 43, Unionville, wanted on a warrant to modify probation.

September 28

4 a.m. Tanner Stickney, 19, Ridge Dale Drive, wanted on a warrant in Bartholomew County.

9:25 p.m. Anthony Garchus, 46, Lake Waccamaw, NC., operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

10:49 p.m. Report of someone snooping around equipment in the 700 block of Meadows Church Road. The caller requested extra patrols.

10:05 p.m. 911 call reporting a man in the 1200 block of Reuter Lane in Springville, was holding her daughter and her boyfriend at gun point. The woman and her boyfriend were in a closet. The man had threatened to kill them. Police called the home and a man answered the phone and identified himself as someone other then the man who was accused of holding the couple at gun point and told police the other man was not there and then hung up the phone. When police arrived at the home the alleged victims were not there and the suspect was later found at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.

10:04 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 100 block of Heltonville Road. Bedford Police were alerted. The fight was between a man and his exwife.

9:56 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a white Chevrolet Trailblaizer traveling northbound on Ind. 37 from Mitchell.

9:16 p.m. Report of a child custody dispute in the 140 block of Community Drive.

9:11 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of Trinton Circle. The caller says there was a prowler around their house.

7:42 p.m. Report of a driver in a red Lincoln driving without headlights on Ind. 37 traveling south from Avoca.

6:07 p.m. A person was on station to report a problem with their neighbor in the 70 block of Rainmaker Street.

5:52 p.m. Report of a 12-year-old out of control in the 170 block of Spice Branch Road in Heltonville. The child's grandmother did not want to file charges at this time.

3:36 p.m. Medical emergency in the 300 block of East Oolitic Road. Shawswick and Oolitic Volunteer Fire Department were alerted.

1:33 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at the Heltonville School. Pleasant Run and Shawswick VFDs responded. There was no fire.

11:17 a.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding in the 300 block of Sunset Lane. The caller reported their smoke alarm was sounding. Shawswick and Guthrie VFDs responded. There was no smoke when firefighters arrived on the scene.

9:09 a.m. Report of a criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Jasper McKeaigg Road. A road sign was damaged.

8:41 a.m. Report of a small child locked in a running vehicle in the 300 block of Silver Lane.

8:03 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white van driving northbound on Ind. 37 from John Williams Boulevard.

4:43 a.m. Report of a domestic fight at a trailer next to Maple Ridge Apartments. A woman was screaming and breaking a window. The woman told police she was attempting to wake up the man inside.

3:46 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at AppleAcres.

3:35 a.m. A nurse at the emergency room reported treating a female who had been battered.

2:57 a.m. Medical emergency in the 2600 block of South Leatherwood Road. A man was having trouble breathing. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Shawswick VFD responded.

5:56 p.m. Property damage accident on Felkner Road and U.S. 50.

4:49 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 58 at Star Boulevard.

12:05 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 158 at the Elliott Stone Company. Indian Creek VFD, Bedford Fire Department extrication and an IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

11:19 a.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 60 East and Meridian Road. Mitchell Police and Marion VFD were alerted.

7:43 p.m. Dennis Mundy, 24, 519 H St., disregarding a stop sign.

12:25 a.m. Report of a grey Toyota traveling south on Ind. 37 driving in the middle of the roadway at a low rate of speed.

1:03 a.m. A woman was on station to report her 13-year-old son was missing. She told police she did not believe he had run away. Police checked at several residents in town and did not locate the child. The mother came back on station at 4:57 a.m. and filed a runaway report. At 5:34 a.m. two females were on station and told police the child was at 7th and Brook streets. The juvenile was in custody at 5:42 a.m.

1:25 a.m. Report of a disturbance at a home in HelMar Addition.

1:30 a.m. An employee at the American Legion reported a male was refusing to leave. The man got a ride with a friend and left the area.

3:36 a.m. Report of a fight on South Sixth Street in front of the duplex across from the American Legion. There were 10 men involved. Police found several people in the area but no fight.

12:25 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Mississippi Avenue reported someone broke out the taillights on his 1995 Ford Ranger truck.

8:34 p.m. A woman at Persimmon Park Apartment requested to speak to an officer about a protective order.

8:58 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 100 block of Vine Street because a wife had fallen. A IU Health Hospital ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

9:48 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a white Trailblazer near the Marathon station.

11:45 p.m. A woman in the 1000 block of West Grissom Avenue reported their 17-year-old grandson is threatening to hurt himself or others. The woman told police she would call back if there were any other problems.

September 30

1:15 a.m. Request for a welfare check on a male juvenile at HelMar Addition. The juvenile was asleep and fine.

1:21 a.m. Report of suspicious vehicle at Mitchell Cemetery. No one was around the vehicle.

11:23 a.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 60 and Meridian Road. Mitchell VFD and a Rural Metro ambulance responded.
