6:27 p.m. Brittany Bunch, 23, College Trailer Court lot 7, identity deception, operating a vehicle while never licensed.

5:23 p.m. James Langley, 34, 821 8th St., Apt. 5, resisting arrest, theft, attempting to obtain a legend drug, public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

3:25 p.m. Claude Swartz, 37, homeless, wanted on a warrant for a parole violation.

4:11 a.m. Tyler Speer, 23, Springville, driving left of center.

2:10a.m. James Horton, 21, 630 Underwood Dr., improper turning, licenes plate light violation.

8:10 p.m. Report of a person violating a protective order in the 2500 block of Q Street.

7:42 p.m. Officers assisted a citizen at SandPit and Mitchell roads.

6:10 p.m. Medical emergency at 8 Ludlow Drive.

5:42 p.m. Report of a theft in the 1400 block of L Street.

2:05 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a person in the 1600 block of 23rd Street.

1:38 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 100 block of Forest Park Drive.

10:18 a.m. Report of a utility problem in the 1700 block of O Street.

9:17 a.m. Report of harassment at a residence in the 2600 block of I Street.

9:29 a.m. Report of a utility problem in the 2500 block of Windwood Drive.

6:31 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 3000 block of Shawnee Drive.

3:37 a.m. Report of an unwanted person at a home in the 900 block of Constitution Avenue.

3:10 a.m. Report of a disturbance at Fifth and J streets.

3:06 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1600 block of First Street.

12:49 a.m. Report of a suspicious person at Murray Forest.

5:25 p.m. Property damage accident at WalMart.

1:20 a.m. Belinda Smith-Kellams, 44, Greenwood, check deception.

8:50 a.m. Evan Barlow, 26, Mitchell, possession of a controlled substance.

5 a.m. Reed Butcher, 19, 535 Guthrie Rd., public intoxication, illegal consumption.

6:36 a.m. Mark McClintock, 57, Bloomington, public intoxication.

11:42 a.m. Donna Norman, 71, Shoals, check deception, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

10 p.m. Terry Hyatt, 35, Bloomfield, petition to revoke probation.

September 15

11:04 p.m. Report of a domestic fight at a home in the 7300 block of Tunnelton Road. The male involved was given a ride to Bedford.

10:31 p.m. 911 call reporting a domestic fight. The man involved was intoxicated. The woman and her children left for the night.

10:16 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance because of a medical emergency in the 8700 block of Sweetwater Trail. Brown County Police were alerted.

8:43 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated drive in a black or maroon colored-truck southbound on Ind. 37 from Ind. 60 West.

6:53 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 500 block of Pumphouse Road. The parties were separated.

6:33 p.m. Report of loose cows on Ind. 37 in the northbound lane, south of Johnny's Junction.

5:38 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to Ludlow Drive.

4:20 p.m. Report of a child custody dispute in the 200 block of Hammersley Lane in Williams.

2:47 p.m. Request for extra patrols on North Pike Road in Springville.

2:35 p.m. Police were requested to help a Child Service caseworker at a home in the 100 block of Trinton Circle.

2:07 p.m. Report of a suspicious person on Old Ind. 37 North and Washboard Road. The caller reported there was a person wearing a black ski mask and yellow plastic smile face mask. Police were unable to locate the person.

11:24 a.m. Report of a 1999 White Chevrolet Silverado with the occupants doing possible drug activity in the Martin State Forest. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on U.S. 50 west from the Martin County line.

10:27 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the Trinity Pentecostal Church on Popcorn road in Springville, because the pastor was suffering from a possible heart attack. An IU Health Hospital and Perry Volunteer Fire Department first responders were alerted.

6:22 a.m. Report of a dead deer in the roadway in the 3000 block of Leatherwood Road. The animal was moved.

5:29 a.m. Report of an intoxicated person, with a male passed out in a vehicle at Johnny's Junction.

5:09 a.m. Report that someone was attempting to break into a vehicle in the 600 block of Dixie Highway. The caller chased the person south from his home. Police were unable to locate the person.

3:38 a.m. 911 call reporting two intoxicated males inside the store at Johnny's Junction. The males were asking where they could buy drugs. The men stole something and then got into a vehicle.

3:05 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 1600 block of First Street because a woman was suffering chest pains. An IU Health Hospital ambulance was alerted. The woman called back and declined an ambulance and reported she was just having a panic attack.

2:06 a.m. Report of loud music and people yelling in the 300 block of Lafayette Avenue in Oolitic. Police were unable to locate a problem.

September 15

11:23 p.m. Car/deer accident on U.S. 50 East near East 50 Storage.

10:55 a.m. Property damage accident at Briarwood Apartments.

September 15

7:53 p.m. Samuel Terry, 30, 1311 East Frank St., invasion of privacy, wanted on a warrant in Monroe County.

September 15

4:34 p.m. Lora Westhafer, 32, 171 Dale St., speeding.

September 15

7:33 a.m. Report of two horses out in the highway at Ninth Street and Ind. 37. The officer was able to lead the horses back home.

1:40 p.m. A resident at Seventh and Oak streets reports his daugher was walking across a woman's yard looking for a dog, when another dog tied in the yard bit her and broke the skin. The caller just wanted to make sure the dog had its shots. The owner of the dog reported the dog was current on its shots.

2:38 p.m. A man was on station to speak to an officer about stolen property.

2:53 p.m. A man was on station with a juvenile reference residential entry.

5:52 p.m. A woman reported that the sign on Brook Street advising motorist that the water department was working in the area had been taken down. The water department was advised and will replace the sign.

6:55 p.m. A resident on Hancock Avenue reported someone was buring in the area and it was causing a lot of smoke an ash around her home. Police were unable to locate anyone with a fire.

8:39 p.m. Request for extra patrols because of suspicious juveniles in the area of 100 block of North Sixth Street. The caller phoned again reporting the juveniles were now around the laundry mat on West Warren Street. Police were unable to locate the juveniles.

8:42 p.m. A woman on East Grissom Avenue reported her daughter was being harassed by two other female juveniles. Police went to a home on Plum Street and spoke to all of those involved.

8:43 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a dark-colored Ford truck on INd. 37 traveling south from Ind. 60 west.

11:33 p.m. A resident in the 1100 block of Tulip Street requested an officer. Police will make extra patrols.

September 15

7:06 p.m. Property damage accident in the Hub parking lot. One person suffered arm pain and was treated at the scene by a Rural Metro ambulance crew.
