9:58 p.m. Police checked on a transient in the 1600 block of K Street.

8:14 p.m. Report of an unwanted person in the 200 block of 17th Street.

8:07 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a person in the 200 block of Redman Drive.

8:04 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at 4th and P streets.

7:55 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 900 block of 18th Street, a male was arrested.

5:49 p.m. Report of reckless driving on Ind. 58 West.

5:27 p.m. The Bedford Fire Department was called to the area of K and 18th streets.

4:55 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 1200 block of 7th Street, a male was arrested.

3:56 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a person at WalMart.

2:42 p.m. Report of a parking problem at the Hauck House.

2:29 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Eastview Drive.

1:51 p.m. Report of a suicidal person at the apartments in the 2000 block of Industrial Drive.

8 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 1000 block of 25th Street, because someone was messing with the person's vehicle and walking around outside their home during the early morning hours and then fled when a neighbor yelled at them.

4 a.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 1800 block of O Street.

8:10 p.m. James Hedrick, 21, 1026 Lincoln Ave., wanted on a warrant for failure to appear, operating a vehicle while never licensed.

10 a.m. Sonya Bundy, 33, Mitchell, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

10:30 a.m. Brandon Edwards, 22, Mitchell, motion to revoke probation.

4:50 p.m. Travis Chastain, 28, 307 Windsor Drive, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

2:20 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Brown Station Road.

1:21 a.m. A motorist reported either a dog or deer was hit by a vehicle and needed put down on U.S. 50 West near the McKnight farm. Police were unable to locate the animal.

1:13 a.m. 911 call from a woman at Shawnee Apartments reporting her daughter was beating on her. Bedford Police responded.

11:59 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle parked behind Apple Acres.

11:24 p.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 3400 block of Ind. 158 because a woman who is on dialysis was very ill. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek Volunteer Fire Department responded.

9 p.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 4700 block of Old Farm Road.

8:30 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at the Indiana State Police shooting Range. An ISP trooper responded.

7:02 p.m. Report of a domestic fight over child custody in the 1000 block of Tunnelton Road.

6:41 p.m. Report of a brush fire in the 7000 block of Ind. 54 in Springville. Perry and Marshall VFD responded.

6:16 p.m. Request for an ambulance to Lehigh at the main office.

5:31 p.m. A resident in the 150 block of Sasser Drive reports a man is threatening to break her windows and will not let her get her belongings.

5:27 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 100 block of Rivervale Cabin Road. The male caller reported a woman was spinning her tires and flipping him off. Police spoke to both people involved.

4:40 p.m. A person was on station to report a burglary in the 1500 block of South Leatherwood Road.

4:03 p. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the First Baptist Church at 7th and Frank streets in Mitchell because a woman had passed out in the parking lot. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

3:45 p.m. Report of a civil dispute on U.S. 50 West and Ind. 37.

3:37 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of Clark Smith Road reported a threatening note was left on their porch.

1:54 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 4700 block of Ind. 60 East because a cancer victim needed transported to the hospital. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marion VFD responded.

1:17 p.m. 911 call reporting a tree limb was in the roadway in the 700 block of Middle Leesville Road. The highway department was notified.

12:48 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 200 block of Preston Lane in Springville. The woman reported her husband was refusing to let her get her belongings. While on the phone with police the man agreed to let her get her things.

11:15 a.m. Report of a low flying plane near Mitchell. The plane was dusting crops.

11:12 a.m. Report of vandalism to a vehicle on Graves Addition Road. The vehicle had been shot with a BB gun.

10:53 a.m. A woman called police while riding in a medical cab. The woman wanted out of the vehicle as it was traveling on Ind. 37. The woman told police the driver was being rude to her. The driver told police he didn't just want to drop the woman off in the middle of the road. Police told the cab driver the woman was an adult and to drop her off. The cab driver dropped the woman off at the Ford dealership on Ind. 37. The woman called police again and requested to speak to them. The police went to the business and then gave the woman a ride to her home on P Street.

9:37 a.m. Report of six cows in the roadway on Harrodsburg Road. The owner was contacted.

3:58 a.m. 911 call reporting a domestic fight and a woman screaming in the 1800 block of O Street. Bedford Police responded.

4:31 p.m. Property damage accident at Ind. 37 and U.S 50 West.

2:54 p.m. Property damage accident in the 1300 block of Peerless Road.

11:20 a.m. Report of a black dog in the area of 100 block of Warren Street.

11:49 a.m. Report of a live bat laying in the street in the 900 block of Walker Street.

3:35 p.m. Report of a black Ranger truck with expired plates parked at the City Park and it has been there for several days. The owner of the truck was contacted and the truck will be moved at the end of the day. The truck was parked there because of transmission problems.

3:42 p.m. A resident at Persimmon Park Apartment requested help lifting a person. Mitchell VFD responded.

5:13 p.m. An employee at a service station at 9th and Main streets reports someone in a blue vehicle drove off without paying for $30 in fuel.

5:23 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 300 block of East Frank Street.

6:15 p.m. Request for an ambulance at Lehigh because a man was dizzy and had chest pains. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

7:05 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of South Meridian Road reports getting harassing text messages.

8:45 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a blue Camaro in the area of Ind. 37 near CVS.

9:57 p.m. 911 call reporting someone was attempting to break into their car parked in the 300 block of Frank Street. Police could not find anyone.

10:07 p.m. Report of a foul odor in the 1200 block of Main Street. Police could find no problem.

11:36 p.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 1100 block of Main Street because a man was having trouble breathing and chest pains. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

September 12

3:44 a.m. Report of a trailer fire in the 400 block of Burton Street. Mitchell VFD responded. The fire was out on arrival, but firefighters checked out the home to make sure the fire was completely out.
