August 26

12:55 p.m. Curtis Mitchell, 24, 1709 Linwood Dr., wanted ona warrant in Clark County.

8:30 p.m. Amanda Stahl, 31, 2901 Ted Jones Dr., Apt. D, wanted on a warrant in Greene County, three counts of battery on a police officer, resisting arrest.

August 26

No other information for the police log was available because the department is installing a new computer system and the log was not available.

9:04 a.m. Report of two suspicious people with duffle bags heading into the woods at Evans Limestone on 16th Street.

8:17 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the Bliss House because a female had fallen. An IU Health Hospital responded.

8:04 a.m. Theft at Walmart.

6:02 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance because a woman was ill at a home in the 2200 block of John Williams Boulevard. An IU Health Hospital responded.

12:11 a.m. Report of a domestic fight with a man threateing to slit the woman's throat if she called police in the 400 block of J Street.

August 26

10 a.m. Gary Moore, 36, Gosport, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

6:30 p.m. Austin Smith, 33, 910 Highwater Rd., wanted on a warrant for petition to modify house arrest.

7:10 p.m. Nicholas Atkins, 21, 3712 S. Leatherwood Rd., public intoxication by drugs.

7:30 p.m. Kenzi Cox, 19, 1112 Coxton Rd., operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, possession of marijuana.

8:49 p.m. Officers assisted Department of Children Services at a home in the 2000 block of Leatherwood Road.

7:34 p.m. Report of a neighbor's dog causing problems in the 800 block of Vista Drive in Oolitic. The owner put the dog up.

6:36 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 10000 block of U.S. 50 West. Everything was calm for now.

6:24 p.m. Report of a possible drunk driver in a marron car with damage on the passenger side on Ind. 54 West in Avoca. The vehicle was stopped and two people were arrested.

4:30 p.m. Report of a theft from a home in the 30 block of South Lake View.

3:32 p.m. A woman was on station to report an issue involving her 16-year-old niece.

2:12 p.m. A man called reporting a snake in his home, No address was listed. The call was transfered to the Department of Natural Resources.

2:12 p.m. Report of a reckless driver traveling south on Hoosier Avenue in Oolitic. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

1:52 p.m. Report of possible dog neglect in the 1300 block of North Pike Road. The dog has mange and ring work and long toe nails. Animal control was notified.

1:46 p.m. 911 call reporting reckless driving in a black Toyota truck traveling north on Buddah Bypass.

9:05 a.m. A resident in the 500 block of Woodville Road reported there was a dead deer at the edge of their yard by the roadway and it needs lime put on it.

8:25 a.m. Request for extra patrol and extra security at Lawrence Superior Court I during the Cody Silvers hearing.

6:26 a.m. Report of a drunk or sleepy driver on Gresham Road.

5:46 a.m. Report of someon on the back porch of a home in the 3700 block of South Leatherwood Road. The caller has her children in a bedroom with a dresser pushed against the door.

4:28 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 30 block of Greenhill Addition Road because a woman was having a panic attack. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded. The ambulance crew request an officer respond because of past problems with the woman.
