Bedford Police Department
8:07 p.m. Billy Durham, 55, Louisville, KY., wanted on a warrant in Boone County for forged instrument, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a schedule II, possession of a shedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.
8:07 p.m. Delbert Durham, 53, Standford, KY., maintaining common nusiance, possession of a schedule II, possession of marijuana.
4:35 p.m. Ronald Kirts, 52, Freetown, speeding.
8:07 a.m. A report of a group of people running around the WalMart parking lot in shorts and shirts causing disturbance. Police say it was the same group of people causing a disturbance at the Skate Park.
8:19 p.m. Report of extra patrol at Red Tire Cab.
5:30 p.m. Two 911 calls reporting a possible drunk driver or driver smoking drugs in a black Dodge Caravan traveling south on Ind. 37. Police were unable to find the vehicle.
5:12 p.m. Report of an attempted breaking and entering in the 1600 block of 12th Street.
4:39 p.m. Report of a dog without in the 1900 block of Central Avenue. The dog was taken inside.
4:16 p.m. A woman was on station to report harassment.
4:16 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 1800 of Q Street because a woman was having trouble breathing. An IU Health Hospital ambulance.
3:45 p.m. Request for extra patrol at 4th and M streets when GM employees leave.
3:15 p.m. 911 report of a domestic fight at Southern Indiana Pediatrics. The parties were seperated.
2:30 p.m. Vandalism to an air conditioning unit at Copy Trolley.
12:37 p.m. Report of a bike found in the weeds at the National Guard Armory.
10:36 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to Serenity Now because a woman was having a seizure.
10:16 a.m. Report of black of a truck blocking the alley at Third and P streets.
7:01 a.m. Report of a civil dispute over property at 16th and O streets.
5:35 a.m. 911 caller requesting an ambulance to the 600 block on Riley Boulevard because a woman was suffering stomach pain. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.
8:01 a.m. 911 call reporting a property damage accident at Fifth and N street.
Lawrence County Police
2:48 a.m. Report of a theft in the 900 block of Rocky Creek East. A male reported he had a female spend the night and when he awoke his money and medication and the female were gone.
11:18 p.m. Report of extra patrol courthouse area. All was fine.
10:27 p.m. Officers assisted Bedford police at CVS on a fight call. The parties were seperated.
10:14 p.m. An Oolitic deputy marshal assisted a Department of Children Services caseworker at a home in the 800 block of Smith Avenue.
7:31 p.m. Report of neighbors in an arguement in the middle of the road in the 1400 block of Old Ind. 60. Police will make extra patrols.
7:13 p.m. Report of a civil dispute on Domestic Lake and Pumphouse roads.
3:07 p.m. Request for extra patrols at the courthouse square.
12:56 p.m. Request for extra patrols on Farmer Street in East Oolitic because people are jumping out in front of cars during the evening hours.
11:45 a.m. Report of a breaking and entering to a home in the 1700 block of Yockey Road.
11:25 a.m. Report of a theft in the 1800 block of South Leatherwood Road.
10:31 a.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 800 block of South Leatherwood Road. A woman was wanting to get her things from her exhusband.
9:11 a.m. A woman was on station about a complaint about dogs.
8:23 a.m. Report of low hanging wires on Ind. 37 in the northbound lanes, just past Johnny's Junction.
3:17 p.m. Property damage accident at BNL High School in the parking lot.
11:38 a.m. Accident with injuries involving a tractor and a vehicle in the 800 block of Ozzie Road. Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department first responders and an IU Health Hospital ambulance responded. Air Evac was called to the scene. No accident report was available.
7:23 a.m. Car/deer accident in the 1400 block of U Street.
Mitchell Police Department
2:34 a.m. A man was on station to speak to an officer about a parking complaint.
4 a.m. A resident at 7th and Brook streets complained about two dogs barking. Police attempted to speak to the dog's owners but no one was home.
7:52 a.m. Report of a neighbors dog a pitbull boxer mix just attacked another neighbors dog injuring it in the 500 block of West Frank Street. Police spoke to another male who adviced this was the second time this has happened and the last vet bill was $900. The dog was taken from the owner and will be held 10 days.
1:55 p.m. Report of a dog in the 500 block of North 8th Street reports a dog there is not being cared for. Police checked the dog and found the dog was not being mistreated.
2:08 p.m. A woman was on station to report harassment.
2:22 p.m. Report of finding pieces of a vehicle in a yard in the 700 block of Hancock Avenue.
4 p.m. Two men were on station to report a domestic fight.
3:36 p.m. A person was on station to report a theft and fraud.
3:36 p.m. A woman was on station to report fruad.
5:37 p.m. Report of person in a black Dodge Caravan smoking possible drugs on Ind. 37 south and the driver was headed to the Ind. 35/ U.S. 50 junction. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
6:42 p.m. Report of a small fire just north of Old Westside Trailer Park. Mitchell VFD responded. The fire was put out.
6:48 p.m. Report of a man and woman sitting at the dumpsters. Police were unable to locate the people. Police say the two lived there.
7:30 p.m. A man was on station wanting assistance in removing some people at his home at Mystic Lake.
7:58 p.m. A female reported there was another female standing outside at 5th and Warren street waiting for the caller to come out and get in a fight. Police spoke to those involved and gave the female juvenile outside a ride to another location.
8:34 p.m. Request for an officer to Persimmon Park Apartments because the caller's brother is suicidal and has been taking some pills. A Rural Metro ambulance responded. The male's father also wanted to talk to police.
9:11 p.m. Report of a person in a red s-250 truck traveling east on Ind. 60 from Ind. 37 on a false and fictitious registration and smoke was coming from the truck.
9:30 p.m. Request for an ambulance to Country Mart because an 8-month-old child had been stung b a bee. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded and the child was taken to the hospital.
11:05 p.m. Request for an ambulance to Camelot Courts because a woman was having trouble breathing and her legs and feet were swollen. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded. The woman refused to go to the hosptial.
11:14 p.m. Report of a dead deer on Woodville Road.
11:29 p.m. Report of a suspicious red van driving several times down the alley between 6th and 7th streets. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
1:14 a.m. Two calls reporting possible gun shots or a small explosion, possibly fireworks in the 500 block of Grissom Avenue. Police were unable to locate a problem.
2:49 a.m. Request for an ambluance to the 500 block of Rabbitsville Road because the caller's stepdaughter woke up shaking. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded. The daughter was not taken to the hospital.
2:54 a.m. A woman in the 200 block of Main Street request extra patrols because someone threw rocks at her house.
