Bedford Police Department
6:36 p.m./ Jeremy Vincent, 37, 1020 17th St., wanted on a warrant for evading jurisdiction reference battery resulting in injury and a civil writ of attachment.
4:54 p.m. Shane Keller, 43, Campbellsburg, wanted on warrants in Washington County on burglary, theft , receiving stolen property and being a habitual felony offender.
1:13 p.m. Malcom Linton, 49, 50 Southridge Drive, wanted on a warrant for petition to modify house arrest.
7:27 p.m. Alan Fletcher, 61, 408 19th St., disregarding an automatic signal.
4:12 a.m. Jessica Weber, 27, 201 Redman Drive, speeding and failure to carry registration.
8:49 p.m. Report of finding a syringe in the 1400 block of O Street.
6:55 p.m. Report of a fight at the Boys Club. Officers could find no one fighting and witnesses at the scene told police no one had been in an alterication.
5:43 p.m. Report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 1300 block of Third Street. Police will make extra patrols.
4:26 p.m. An officer was flagged down at Bedford Laser Wash reporting a baby was choking. An IU Health Hospital ambulance was called, but not needed. The child was fine.
2:38 p.m. A man was on station to report vandalism to a vehicle at Lowes Home Improvement Center.
2:20 p.m. Division of Children Services reports a man at Mikel's Sign Shop was having trouble with an unruly juvenile.
1:50 p.m. Report of gun fire at Footes Tomb. Police were unable to find a problem.
1:13 p.m. Lawrence County Probation request an officer because a man there was wanted on a warrant. The man was arrested.
12:49 p.m. An employee at Hoosier Hills Pack on K Street reported someon was knocking on the door to the office and believe it is an estranged husband of a client. Police were unable to locate the person.
5:37 p.m. 911 call reporting an accident with injuries at 29th and Shawnee Lane.
5:05 a.m. Property damage accident at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
4:36 p.m. 911 call reporting a property damage accident and fight. Police say a woman hit another woman with her vehicle and a fight started. Police say the two knew each other and the matter was settled.
9:08 a.m. Property damage accident at IU Health Hospital.
Lawrence County Police
11:35 a.m. Susan Tackett, 33, Vincennes, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.
3:44 p.m. Robert Curren, 21, 434 Stove Rd., wanted on a warrant for auto theft.
5:58 p.m. Cody Silvers, 20, Norman, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in injury.
1:40 a.m. Request for extra patrols on Burton Cemetery Road.
12:52 a.m. Request for a welfare check on the caller's 19-year-old daughter who is staying with a man in the 1800 block of Grissom Road in Mitchell and the caller had not heard from her in over a week. The woman was fine.
10:15 p.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 300 block of Hammersley Lane. A mother was refusing to give her daughter her property.
8:49 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of Briarwood Lane reported harassment.
7:54 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 2000 block of Twin Bridges Road.
7:13 p.m. Report of a loud explosion from an electric outlet in a home in the 5300 block of Ind. 158. Indian Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Duke Energy responded.
7 p.m. A woman was on station to report domestic violence. The incident happened in Monroe County and the woman was told she would have to go there to report the crime.
6:15 p.m. Report of an unwanted person at a home in the 2400 block of Ind. 60 West. The person left before police arrived.
4:26 p.m. Report of gunshots at the county complex. Police could not find a problem.
4:03 p.m. Report of a striker and propellent found next to a mailbox in the 1300 block of Trogden Lane.
4 p.m. Report of the theft of jewelry from a home in the 1000 block of Elkins Road.
3:22 pm. The caller reported their 16-year-old son was out of control in the 500 block of Boone Lane. DSC was notified and the child was taken to another location. The problem was resolved.
12:46 p.m. Report of a theft and title fraud at a home in the 1000 block of Elkins Road.
11:49 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 600 block of Pinhook Road because an elderly woman had fallen and hit her head. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Shawswick VFD responded.
11:12 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 5000 block of Blue River Road. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
9:47 a.m. Report of a possible meth lab on South Second Street in Mitchell. Police found the remains of a lab, but no chemicals. The lab was destroyed.
9:30 p.m. Report of the theft of fencing from ahome in the 700 block of Glendale Way.
8:07 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 2700 block of Ind. 158 because a woman was hallucinating. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek VFD responded.
7:39 a.m. Report of a civil dispute between a couple with a pending divorce in the 1300 block of East Grissom Avenue. The fight was over property.
4:11 a.m. An employee at Becky's Place request an officer to transport a woman from Hucks in Orleans to the facility. The employee did call Orange County and Mitchell to request assistance but their officers was busy. The officer picked up the woman and took her to Becky's Place.
12:46 a.m. Car/deer accident on Ind. 60 West near Bone Road. The caller reported her son had hit the deer and now he was having a panic attack. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marion VFD responded.
5:07 p.m. Property damage accident on Tunnelton Denniston Road in the McIntyre Bottoms.
Mitchell Police Department
9 p.m. Joe Porter, 32, 1124 N. Marion St. driving while driver's license suspended.
3:19 a.m. A resident in the 500 block of Frank Street reported a loud explosion or a gunshot outside her home or on her block.
5:17 a.m. A man was on station reporting he is looking for his two beagles. One is white and black and the other is black and brown. The man found the dogs at 5:25 a.m.
7:15 a.m. A resident in the 500 block of South Second Street because of possible drug activity in the area. The articles police found were destroyed.
1:10 p.m. 911 call requesing an ambulance to Pioneer Creek Apartment because a man was suffering a possible heart attack. A Rural Metro ambulance responded.
2 p.m. Report of a theft from the 500 block of South Second Street.
2:45 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of West Main Street reported her small black terrier mix dog was missing.
8:04 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding in the area of Ninth and Main streets. The business owner reported there was no fire.
9:05 p.m. A resident in the 1000 block of Tulip Street reported a theft.
11:04 p.m. 911 call reporting a possible intoxicated driver in a white Ford Ranger on Ind. 37 south and then the vehicle turned on Doc Hamilton Boulevard and was traveling east. Officer observed the vehicle and saw no reason to stop the vehicle.
12:45 a.m. A recident in the 200 block of West Main Street requested an officer because she heard noises in the back of her home. Police found no problem, but would make extra patrols.
2:34 a.m. A man was on station to report a parking problem.
