June 4

12:50 p.m. Jacob Cleveger, 32, Mitchell, wanted on a warrants for domestic battery and invasion of privacy.

3:47 p.m. Christine M. Donatelli, 47, Powell, OH, speeding.

8:56 p.m. A driver's license was found and turned into the police station.

7:13 p.m. Several 911 calls reporting a red 4-door vehicle traveling at speeds of more than 100 miles per hours south on Ind. 37 from 16th Street.

8:18 p.m. A woman in the 1400 block of Beech Street was on station to report a juvenile runaway. Seymour officers were contacted to check a home in the 700 block of South Pine Street because that is where the juvenile had runaway to before.

6:26 p.m. Report of a sick fox in a drain pipe in the 2900 block of Illinois Avenue. Animal control was contacted.

6:14 p.m. The Salvation Army provided a room for a person for the night at the Rosemount Motel.

5:48 p.m. An employee at the city pool reported a group of juveniles were harassing smaller children.

7:02 p.m. Community Corrections and officers went to Small Town Tattoo on J Street.

4:46 p.m. A woman was on station to report a battery that happened at a home in the 1800 block of 30th Street.

4:43 p.m. Report of an unresponsive male in the 3600 block of Able Avenue. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

4 p.m. Report of a theft from the JayC store. The woman told police she thought she paid for the items. The woman went back into the store and paid for the items. No charges were filed.

3:06 p.m. Report of a person riding a golf cart the wrong way down the 600 block of I Street. The driver told police they were hauling cardboard for their father and were not in the roadway but in the grass.

2:09 p.m. Report of mopeds parked in handicap parking spots at WalMart. The drivers were advised.

12:56 p.m. A person reports being bitten by a dog in the 1600 block of 15th Street.

12:02 p.m. A resident in the 1000 block of 25th Street reports animal abuse.

11:43 a.m. A person was on station to report a theft in the 300 block of Leatherwood Road.

11:49 a.m. Report of a suspicious woman in a beige truck at German American Bank. The woman was bent over and holding her head.

11:34 a.m. 911 call reporting an unresponsive male on the ground and bleeding from his head at WalMart. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

11:03 a.m. An employee at IU Health Hospital reports treating a male who wanted to speak to an officers because he had been jumped by five males Tuesday.

6:50 a.m. Report of a person finding a syringe in the front of their home in the 1800 block of G Street.

4:40 a.m. A person in the 1700 block of 12th Street reported receiving harasing phone calls and text messages.

3:50 p.m. 911 call reporting a property damage accident at 16th and Beech streets.

3:10 p.m. Property damage accident in the parking lot of WalMart.

11:57 p.m. Property damage accident in the 1700 block of J Street.

9:20 a.m. Anthony D. Stone, 52, Mitchell, wanted on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior arrests.

10:10 a.m. Jerry Watts, 49, Mitchell, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, failure to stop after an accident.

7:34 p.m. James Knight, 27, Mitchell, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

8:05 p.m. Patricia Beasley, 202032 Plaza Drive, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear on a civil attachment.

June 5

2:55 a.m. Report of a 14-year-old juvenile out of control at a home in the 200 block of Popcorn Road.

1:37 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 300 block of North Pike Road because a man had fallen and was bleeding from his chin. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marshall Volunteer Fire Department responded.

12:30 a.m. Report of two male and a female stealing candy from Judah Junction. The three left in a red Cavalier. The vehicle was stopped by police on Kentucky Hollow Road. No charges were filed.

June 4

8:15 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a woman in the 20 block of East Mystic Lake Road. The woman was not home.

5:05 p.m. Oolitic police report they have found the man reported missing from Mitchell in the 200 block of Hoosier Avenue. The man's wife came and picked him up.

4:13 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 6300 block of Ind. 60 West. The caller reported items were missing.

2:38 p.m. Request for an ambulance because a woman was suffering chest pain at a home in the 100 block of Graves Addition Road. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marshall VFD were alerted. Marshall VFD had no units available so Oolitic VFD responded.

2:36 p.m. Report of suspicious male walking on Denson Street in East Oolitic. The male was waiting on a ride.

2:19 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 2700 block of Ind. 158.

9:35 p.m. Report of a burglary to a barn in the 1300 block of Bono Road. Several items were taken.

8:03 a.m. Report from a resident in the 700 block of Pine Lane reporting a problem with a neighbor's cow.

9:53 a.m. Property damage accident on Hoosier Avenue in Oolitic near the lawn mower shop.

7 p.m. James Knight, 108 W. Main St., wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

7:55 a.m. Report of a electrical fire in the C Wing Spring Mill Hall at Mitchell Manor. Mitchell VFD responded. Marion VFD by on stand by.

7:55 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 500 block of Warren Street because the homeowner believes someone attempted to break into her house over night.

9:31 a.m. A person at Camelot Court reports someone had been staying in an apartment that was empty at Camelot Courts. The door was found unlocked and there was a television and trash in the apartment which had been cleaned two weeks ago. The apartment was broke into through a sliding glass door.

9:54 a.m. A resident in the 400 block of East Vine Street reports sometime over the night a window was broken.

9:59 a.m. Report of a man and woman walking and screaming at each other at 13th and Main Streets. Officers spoke to both.

12:11 p.m. Request for an ambulance because a woman was choking at a home in the 400 block of North Eight Street.

1:37 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 500 block of Rabbitsville Road because an elderly woman was unresponsive.


1:50 p.m. A woman reported that her husband, who suffers from Alzhiemers went for a walk and did not return. Police began searching the area. The man was found by Oolitic Police at 5:05 p.m. walking on Hoosier Avenue.

2:20 p.m. Request for extra patrol in the 600 block of South 9th Street. The caller reported a shirtless male was riding a bicycle up and down the road in front of his daughter's home and had went to the door and knocked and then left.

4 p.m. Report a person drove-off and didn't pay for $66.25 worth of fuel at Terry's Service Station.

4:50 p.m. Report of reckless driving in a silver Ford F-150 on Ind. 37 south and Ind. 60 West.

5:42 p.m. Request for an officer to a home in the 100 block of West Main Street. A man wanted on a warrant was arrested.

8 p.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 200 block of West Frank Street because her juvenile son was having problems with his nerves. A Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

8:30 p.m. A resident reported his daughter lost her I-Pad in the area of Wendy's and Ind. 37 and Ind. 60 sometime in the last two hours.

8:30 p.m. Police received several calls reporting a fight at Persimmon Park Apartments.

8:50 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of South Ninth Street reported there was an animal in her home and she wanted it removed. Animal control was contacted.

10:33 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle parked behind Terry's Service Station with their lights off and people sitting inside. The vehicle left.

11:02 p.m. Report of a suspicious man in the 200 block of West Main Street. The man was standing near Lawrence County Farm Supply. The man was gone when police arrived.
