June 16

5:26 p.m. Rachelle M. Kapua Makamea Yeager, 20, North Vernon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:13 a.m. Jasmine E. Nicholson, 21, 2418 U.S. 50 East, public intoxication.

June 16

5:26 p.m. Michael D. Garris, 20, Westports, driving wrong way on a one-way street.

4:54 p.m. Dylan J. Feathers, 20, 3805 Washington Ave., expired registration.

4:36 p.m. Jessica Chybinski, 34, Shoals, illegal display of a blue light.

2:51 p.m. Karil Ray, 34, Indianapolis, driving while driver's license suspended infraction.

12:38 p.m. Donna K. Bridwell, 70, 2212 M St., speeding

June 16

8:37 p.m. 911 call reporting a physical domestic fight involving four females at Garden Villa Nursing Home. No charges were filed and all four signed no trespass orders.

5:38 p.m. Report of an injured raccoon at John Williams Boulevard and Beech Street. Animal control was notified.

5:26 p.m. A K-9 officers alerted its handler to possible drugs in a vehicle at 14th and I streets. A woman was arrested.

4:37 p.m. Report of a nine-year-old boy hitchhiking on R Street near the railroad tracks. The boy was wearing no shirt and black shorts.

2:07 p.m. Report of a fern stolen from a front porch in the 2000 block of 13th Street.

9:36 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 900 block of I Street, because a man has passed out. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

8:15 a.m. Report of a suspicious man in a green shirt and blue jeans in the 2200 block of 26th Street. Police say the man was waiting for the church bus.

2:13 a.m. 911 call reporting a man was outside of Shorty's Den threatening people with a gun. A designated driver got the man into a vehicle and took him home.

1:39 a.m. 911 call reporting a woman was hitting her ex-husband in the head at Shorty's Den. No charges were filed and both left the bar.

June 16

1:38 a.m. 911 call reporting a car/deer accident on U.S. 50 and Limestone Run Road.

June 16

5:35 a.m. Ryan Doyle, 36, Bloomington, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.

6:35 a.m. Timothy Myers, 27, 601 Old State Road 450, public intoxication.

June 16

10:29 p.m. Report of threats and harassment at a home in the 6000 block of Ind. 158. Both parties involved were advised.

8:53 p.m. A was on station to report a protective order was being violated.

7:50 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 6800 block of Ind. 158 because a man was having shortness of breath. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek Volunteer Fire Department responded.

5:25 p.m. 911 call reporting a grey mini van traveling south of Harrodsburg Road exit was texting and driving and almost in an accident.

5:24 p.m. Report of three juveniles hitchhiking on Ind. 60 West. Police stopped two males and a female. All three were adults and were going to Spring Mill State Park.

5:23 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 400 block of Springville Judah Road.

2:21 p.m. Report of a male juvenile riding an off-road motorcycle on Standish Steel Road. The juveniles was riding on his property there was no problem.

2:20 p.m. Report of reckless driving on Ind. 37 south of Trogdon Lane.

1:19 p.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 100 block of Kinser Cemetery Road because a man was suffering from low blood pressure and weakness. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

1:14 p.m. Report of a vehicle fire at a home in the 700 block of Glendal Way. Shawswick VFD responded.

12:51 p.m. Request for a welfare check at a home in the 100 block of West U.S. 50. There was no problem father and son were having lunch.

12:39 p.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 1000 block of Ind. 60 East. A male was suffering from a pinched nerve in his back and was on the floor. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marion VFD responded.

12:14 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at Valley Mission Church on Hillcrest Way. Marshall and Oolitic VFD responded. There was no fire. They were cooking on a grill and the smoke got into the church setting off the alarm.

8:36 a.m. Report of vandalism to a mailbox in the 2300 block of Rabbitsville Road. The mailbox had been hit with a baseball bat.

8:29 a.m. Report of two young girls running into traffic and knocking on doors and windows on Murdock Station Road in East Oolitic. The girls were told to stop.

5:59 a.m. Report of an intoxicated man in the 800 block of Old Ind. 450. A newspaper carrier found a man passed out in the middle of the road. The man was arrested for public intoxication.

4:30 a.m. Report of an intoxicated driver northbound on Ind. 37 from Ind. 60 West. The gold colored car was all over the roadway and had hit some construction cones. The vehicle was stopped on Ind. 37 near Art Gallery Road and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

2:52 a.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 600 block of 8th Street in Oolitic. A man was unresponsive. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Oolitic VFD responded.

1:55 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in a yard in the 30 block of Private Addition Road. The people were advised to stay out of the person's yard.

June 16

10:44 p.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 446 north of Ind. 58 East. The driver swerved to miss a deer and hit a sign.

9:35 p.m. Car/deer accident on Ind. 54 in Springville.

9:31 p.m. Report of a motorcycle accident with injuries on U.S. 50 East near Tunnelton Road. No accident report was available.

2:49 p.m. Property damage accident at Ind. 37 and Ind. 60 East at McDonalds.

7:53 a.m. Property damage accident in the 4700 block of Williams Road.

Mitchell Police Department
June 16

5:23 p.m. Brandon Edwards, 22, homeless, two counts of battery.

June 16

1:03 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 100 block of Dale Street because a male was suffering from severe pain. An Rural Metro ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

2:31 a.m. Report of a problem at a home at 4th and Warren streets. Police found no problem.

3:40 a.m. Request for an ambulance because of a unresponsive person in the 1200 block of Elm Park. The coroner was contacted.

11:30 a.m. Call from an employee at the Dollar General Store reporting a person that shoplifted from the store last week and got away was back in the store and they want a no trespass order served on the woman. The woman had shoplifted from the store again today. The manager went to the police station to give a statement.

2:33 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 100 block of 4th Street.

2:48 p.m. Report from a resident at Persimmon Park Apartments reporting a neighbor will not make their children mind.

4:27 p.m. Report of two females being injured in a fight in the 400 block of Dale Street. The male who injured the women had left. The man was found and arrested.

7:05 p.m. Request for an officer to the 400 block of North Third Street because her daughter would not give the caller back her bicycle. The officer told the caller it was a civil matter. The daughter then called police and told them she does not want her mother and brother at her home and will telephone if she needs an officer. The daughter reported the individual had been stealing items from her pool. At 7:48 p.m. police went to the house and all those involved were advised.

8:25 p.m. Report of a man stealing items from a home in the 100 block of Frank Street. Police say nothing was taken.

June 17

12:24 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 300 block of West Hancock Avenue because a man had fallen several times and not feeling well. A Rural Metro ambulance responded.

June 16

2:43 p.m. 911 call reporting a property damage accident at McDonalds.
