5:05 p.m. Michael D. Martin, 53, 624 15th St., public intoxication.
12:23 a.m. Shea A. Mullis, 23, 1921 Stevens Ave., wanted on three warrants for failure to appear.
6:55 p.m. Justin Tuell, 32, 268 Oak Lane, speeding.
5:52 p.m. Cody Keefe, 23, 2200 Dixie Highway, leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
4 p.m. Tonda Beth Nichols, 57, 2879 Tunnelton Rd., disregarding a stop sign.
3:16 p.m. Victor Schultz, 24, 1915 14th St., disregarding a stop sign.
8:46 a.m. Kyle A. Dillon, 29, Leo, IN, speeding.
9 p.m. Report of a sick raccoon in the 1000 block of Q Street.
8:10 p.m. Report of juveniles fighting at the Lowes Home Improvement lot. One of the males has a baseball bat. Police says there was no problem and the teens were asked to leave the lot.
5:05 p.m. IU Health Hospital reports an intoxicated man that was being treated in the emergency room walked out. The man came back into the hospital and police offered him a ride to the Mark III Motel and he refused. He was arrested for public intoxication.
4:27 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 1300 block of Q Street because of a person going in and out of consciousness. An IU ambulance responded. The person refused to go to the hospital.
2:48 p.m. 911 call reporting an intoxication was causing a disturbance and a fight with a woman in the 600 block of 15th Street. The man left before police arrived.
2:48 p.m. Report of a man at Circle K in the 700 block of 16th Street was in the lot and bleeding from his head. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.
1:55 p.m. Report of an elderly male walking around at Bedford Middle School. The man seems confused. The man was gone when police arrived.
9:09 a.m. Report of a person asleep in a truck behind the Assembly of God Church. The person was asked to leave the lot.
5:52 p.m. Property damage accident at Mitchell and Sand Pit roads with a black older Chevy truck leaving the scene. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was issued a citations.
3:19 p.m. Property damage accident at 16th and I streets.

7:25 p.m. Jordan Matthew, 27, Springville, battery causing injury.
11:55 p.m. Report of a dead deer in the middle of the roadway on Ind. 446.
9:25 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Woody Farm Road. Police says there was no problem.
6:42 p.m. Report of a neighbor's dog running loose on Kyle Drive.
6:28 p.m. Report of a family fight in the 300 block of Cobb Lane. The son was arrested.
6:13 p.m. Report of a civil dispute between neighbors in the 100 block of Hickory Heights Circle.
6:09 p.m. Request for an ambulance to the 100 block of Hillbilly Hollar Road because of a possible heart attack. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Guthrie and Shawswick Volunteer Fire Departments were notified.
3:31 p.m. A woman was on station to report she was being threatened.
3:23 p.m. A request for an officer to Johnny's Junction because a woman was refusing to leave. The woman was asked to leave the store, but now she was in the parking lot. Officers asked the woman to move on.
10:16 a.m. Report of a suicidal male at a home on Shawswick Station Road, who notified another person he was going to hang himself. The man's father took him to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
9:25 a.m. 911 call requesting an ambulance to the 700 block of Hoosier Avenue because a male was having health problems. An IU Health ambulance responded. The male refused treatment. His home health care nurse was notified and will keep an eye on the male.
5:13 a.m. A resident in the 900 block of Hayes Road reports he woke to find his father on the floor not breathing. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded and Marshall VFD.
4:30 a.m. Request for an ambulance to a home in the 300 block of Peaceful Valley Road because of possible food poisoning. A Rural Metro Hospital ambulance responded.

3:15 p.m. Tia M. Jones, 18, 865 Meridan Rd., theft.
