11:35 p.m. 911 call from CVS Pharmacy reporting a woman had left the store with stolen property. The woman who was white with blonde hair and carrying a large green bag and wearing a gray t-shirt was last seen headed toward the Mark III Motel. Police were unable to locate the woman.

May 21

4:43 p.m. 911 call reporting a drive with road rage at 29th Street and driving south on Ind. 37 in a burgundy Honda Pilot.

6:07 p.m. A man was on station to report a battery.

7:53 p.m. Report of people yelling at H and 21 streets. Police says there was no one yelling when they arrived.

11:23 p.m. Guardian Alert request an ambulance to the 700 block of P Street. A Rural Metro ambulance responded.

10:39 p.m. Guardian Alert request an ambulance to the 2000 block of 34 Street to help lift a person. IU Health Hospital responded.

3:46 p.m. Report of male juveniles causing a disturbance after school hours at Lincoln Elementary School. Police will make extra patrols.

3:14 p.m. Report of a civil dispute between spouses in the 600 block of T Street.

2:16 p.m. Report of someone tapping on the windows of a home in the 2400 block of N Sreet.

1:58 p.m. Report of a mailbox being hit by a red Dodge truck pulling a silver trailer in the 2400 block of N Street. The vehicle was stopped and the driver will pay for the damage.

9:50 a.m. Report of a large pot hole in the train tracks at Ind. 58 and K streets. The State Highway Department was contacted.

9:50 a.m. 911 call requesting for an ambulance to the 1100 block of 10 Street because a man was having a seizure. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

7:55 a.m. Report of a utility line down in the back yard of a home in the 1000 block of P Street. The cable company was contacted.

4:29 a.m. Request for an ambulance to the 1800 block of 14 Street because a man had fallen. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

10:30 p.m. Cassie Philpott, 30, 1509 Vinegar Hill Rd., wanted on a warrant for failure to appear, driving while driver's license suspended, operating a vehicle while under a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.

2:52 a.m. Guardian Alert request for an ambulance to Airey Hills Lane in Springville. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Perry Volunteer Fire Department responded.

2:37 a.m. A woman in the 200 block of Tarry Park Lane reports being harassed. Police will make extra patrols.

11:12 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the driveway of a home in the 9200 block of Ind. 37.

8:40 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at B&D Market on Leesville Road. Guthrie VFD responded. It was a false alarm.

8:01 p.m. A resident on South Hill Drive reports a white Oldsmobile was parked in front of her driveway and the occupants were going to walk to the quarry. The resident advised the people they were not allowed to do that and they left.

5:22 p.m. Guardian Alert requested an ambulance to the 600 block of Trinton Circle because a person was having trouble breathing. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Shawswick VFD responded.

2:54 p.m. Report of a theft from a home in the 1000 block of Ditney Ridge.

2:36 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 300 block of 6 Street in Oolitic.

1:43 p.m. Report of a civil dispute in the 2800 block of Mt. Pleasant Road. The woman reported her husband had passed away and his children were refusing to return his belongings.

1 p.m. A man was on station to report a theft.

10:55 a.m. Report of a group of small children playing inside a vehicle and climbing into the truck at the corner of Trogdon Lane and Ind. 37. The parents were advised.

10:17 a.m. A resident on Covey Lane complained that their neighbor was using their yard for a turn around for their vehicle.

9:35 a.m. A resident in the 1900 block of Guthrie Road reported they were being harassed by their neighbor.

7:02 p.m. Report of a suspicious man walking on Sieboldt Quarry Road in the pouring rain. Police stopped the person and they were just taking a walk.

6:55 a.m. Report of a tree blocking the roadway in the 300 block of East Kenray Lake. County Highway Department was notified.

6:39 a.m. Report of a fire on a utility pole in the 100 block of Hammersley Lane. Williams VFD responded. A tree limb had gotten into the line and started the fire.

12:30 a.m. A resident at Westside Trailer Court reports not having any water. The utility company was contacted.

1:05 a.m. A resident in the 400 block of North 7 Street reports a theft.

1:05 a.m. The National Weather Servie issued a tornado watch for Lawrence County until 6 a.m.

11:37 a.m. A mail carrier reported a an older bald headed man in a white Impala with handicap plates stopped at the mail truck and attempted to get in it while it was parked at Grissom Avenue. A Postal Inspector is checking to make sure the mail truck was locked.

12:45 p.m. A resident at Persimmon Park Apartments requested an officer because his girlfriend's mother was there and he wanted her to leave. Police advised him this was a civil matter.

2:35 p.m. Report of dogs running loose in the 400 block of North 7 Street. The owner of the dogs will put the animals up.

6:53 p.m. A woman request assistance finding lodging for her daughter.

7:05 p.m. A man in the 200 block of North 6 Street reports harassment. The man was advised to get a restraining order.

9:48 p.m. Report of a domestic fight at Lakeside Estates. A Rural Metro ambulance responded but the woman refused treatment.

11:11 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of 6 Street reports someone broke into her home and there were items missing.

2:03 a.m. Report of a vehicle driving around the 200 block of Grissom Avenue reving their engine and they have a loud exhaust.
