May 5

3:22 a.m. Kipp Sanders, 37, Mitchell, wanted on warrant for failure to appear

6:54 p.m. Casey Staggs, 26, 811 Heltonville Rd., resisting arrest by force, public intoxication, possession of meth.

10 p.m. James Hedrick, 21, 1026 Lincoln Ave., wanted on warrants for two counts of failure to appear in a civil suit, possession of meth, possession o marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption.

10 p.m. Daniel Pace, 34, 1726 4th St., wanted on an orange county warrant for failure to appear on a stolen property and unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance

7:51 p.m. Jennifer M. East, 24, 475 Erie Church Road, driving while driver's license suspended.

9:06 p.m. Chloe M. Boening, 18, 772 Star Blvd., speeding.

Incidents

8:06 p.m. 911 call reporting a domestic fight between a man and women in the 100 block of 15th Street. Police advised the couple to stop.

7:49 p.m. A woman was on station to report a battery. No charges were filed at her request.

7:01 p.m. Police were asked to make extra patrols at Lowery Pool as the pool was being filled.

6:14 p.m. Report of a man using foul and vulgar language on his cell phone in the doorway of the Circle K on 16th Street. Police asked the man to leave.

5:27 p.m. Report of a man and woman in a dispute over a vehicle at the Circle K on 16th Street. Police asked the couple to leave.

5:13 p.m. Report of a dog without shelter, food or water at a home in the 900 block of 24th Street. Police advised the owners of the situation.

3:06 p.m. Report of a group of juveniles fighting at 7th and J streets. The juveniles ran when police arrived.

1:40 p.m. Two reports of a sick raccoon in the 400 block of 16th Street.

3:05 a.m. Male on station to report his wife had been beaten at the Hideaway. Police went to the establishment and found the woman's purse in the parking lot. The bartender told police the woman and man had been in a fight and she was fine and inside the bar.

2:07 a.m. Report of a fight in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Seventh Street. Police arrested 37-year-old Kipp Sanders, of Mitchell.

1:36 a.m. A woman reported her pilot light was out in her furnace and requested the Bedford Fire Department to check out the situation.

12:39 a.m. Report of a man coming back to the Comfort Inn and flattening the tires of an employee's vehicle.

12:25 a.m. Report of an unwanted man at the Comfort Inn. The man was gone when police arrived.

7: 24 p.m. Property damage accident at Ind. 37 and U.S. 50.

10:31 a.m. Property damage accident at Washington Avenue and 25th Street.

3:11 p.m. Kevin Nicholson, 47, Persimmon Park Apt., wanted on a warrant for failure to appear.

12:04 a.m. Steven Flynn Sr., 48, 1675 Ind. 60 West, expired license plates

12:42 a.m. Stephen Jones, 48, 897 Rabbitsville Rd, speeding.

Incidents
May 5

1 a.m. Man called saying he possibly overdosed on acid and he was near Burton Cemetery Road, near Fleenor Road. Rural Metro and Marion VFD alerted. Police trying pinging the call and searched several areas to locate the male, but he was never found.

11:20 a.m. Request for an ambulance in the 600 block of North 14th Street, because a woman was having problems breathing. An IU Health 216 MFR Clear

12:42 p.m. Report of a large tree blocking North Marion Street. The roadway was cleared at 2 p.m.

2:41 p.m. A woman was requesting an officer because the BP Mart was refusing to give her a receipt for her gas.

4:25 p.m. A man was cursing and screaming at 12th and Main streets.

7: 39 p.m. A woman reported her neighbor is threatening her.

11:32 p.m. Report of an officer to a home on Rabbitsville Road, because her husband was intoxicated and out of control. The male left and would spend the night at another home.

8:12 p.m. Jarrod Kinser, Bedford, speeding.

7:59 p.m. Lindsey Hazel, Bedford, speeding.

10:22 p.m. Request for extra patrols because of 4-wheelers on Tarry Park

7:49 p.m. Report of reckless driving on Ind. 37 near Fifth Street.

1:28 p.m. Man reported his ex-wife was bothering him and he has a protective order. Officers talked to the woman.

8:01 a.m. An 80-year-old man fell and is unresponsive in the 4900 block of U.S. 50 East.An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Shawswick VFD responded.

6:47 a.m. Report of a 79-year-old man suffering a possible stroke at a home in the 4600 block of Port William Road. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Huron VFD responded.

3:23 a.m. Report of a battery at a party. The woman was hiding at the Wesley Chapel Church. A woman was bleeding. IU Health Hospital and Marion VFD responded.

1:20 a.m. Report of a diabetic emergency in the 100 block of Lafayette Ave. in Oolitic. IU Health Hospital ambulance and Oolitic VFD responded.
