  • 10:36 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and 29th Street. Joshua Clay, 36, Clear Creek, driving while driver's license suspended with a prior conviction

  • 7:14 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle across from Boneheads
  • 7:36 a.m. Deputies made extra patrols at Springville Elementary
  • 8:01 a.m. A male was on station about a theft of a vehicle from Johnson Christian Village
  • 8:06 a.m. Request for welfare check on a male walking down the highway State Road 60 East near the vet's office. The male is distraught and crying. Police say the male had a fight with his girlfriend and was walking to his brother's office
  • 8:21 a.m. 911 call from an unknown location. No one would answer a callback or text message
  • 8:21 a.m. Lift assist in the 800 block of Old State Road 37
  • 8:31 a.m. 911 call from an unknown location. There was no answer to a callback or text message
  • 8:53 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 54 East of the 54/58 split
  • 8:57 a.m. Medical emergency in the 900 block of Crawford Street
  • 9:24 a.m. Report of a vehicle stolen from the 460 block of Mystic Lake Road and crashed on Meridian Road
  • 9:42 a.m. Report of a theft of a camera from a vehicle in the 1330 block of Sunny Acres Drive

  • 9:05 p.m. Erratic driver in a white semi driving at State Road 37 and US 50 West
  • 9:18 p.m. A resident in the 480 block of State Road 458 reported they have received more than 20 scam calls from a female she dealt with a couple of weeks ago
  • 9:20 p.m. Domestic fight in the 710 block of Glendale Way
  • 9:39 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a dark vehicle on Main Street between Fifth and First streets in Mitchell
  • 9:40 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 430 block of Bartlettsville Road
  • 9:46 p.m. Request for a welfare in the 340 block of Sunny Acres Drive on a male texting suicidal messages
  • 10:15 p.m. Citizen dispute in the 610 block of West Warren Street over a truck and a female's personal property
  • 10:30 p.m. Battery at Persimmon Park Apartments. A woman says a female neighbor slapped her across the face. A female was arrested
  • 11:24 p.m. Agency assist in the Dutch Ridge Road, Indiana State Police involved in a short vehicle pursuit, The person bailed on foot and is possibly in the woodlines
  • 11:49 p.m. 911 call in the 90 block of Teddy Bird Lane. A person was trying to set up a phone

  • 12:11 a.m. Theft at Johnny Junction. A gun was stolen out of a vehicle while he was inside the store

  • 2:41 a.m. Follow up theft investigation at Johnny Junction

  • 3:21 a.m. Death investigation in the 1270 block of Hollace Chastain Road. A 19-year-old male was not breathing.

  • The coroner and detectives were alerted
