  • 9:16 p.m. Jessica Hunt, 28, Salem, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, OWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, OWI. Cited for driving left of center and unsafe lane movement

  • 11:04 a.m. 911 call reporting a suicidal person at Circle K on 16th Street

  • 4:52 p.m. Citizen assist at Mitchell Police Department. The caller is meeting her exhusband there for a custody exchange
  • 4:56 p.m. Report of a woman attempting to get into a home in the 2860 block of Tunnelton Road.

  • 5:07 p.m. Theft at the Dollar General Store in the 3840 block of Old State Road 37
  • 5:31 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Honda Accord northbound on Stars Boulevard from US 50 East
  • 5:56 p.m. Medical emergency in the 80 block of Gun Club Road. A 61-year-old female was suffering a diabetic issue
  • 6:21 p.m. Threats in the 50 block of Sieboldt Quarry Road. The caller says her ex-husband was making threats
  • 6:28 p.m. Traffic stop at 12th and West Main streets
  • 7:40 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a male standing in the roadway at State Road 37 near Stevens Lane
  • 7:52 p.m. An inmate was transported to IU Health Hospital for treatment
  • 8:04 p.m. St. Vincent Dunn Hospital reported an intoxicated woman has left their emergency room in a black Nissan Morano. Officers looked for the woman but were unable to locate the woman or vehicle
  • 8:09 p.m. Disabled motorist on State Road 37, south of 16th Street
  • 8:23 p.m. Traffic stop at Teke Burton Drive
  • 8:28 p.m. Medical emergency in the 460 block of East Vine Street
  • 8:51 p.m. Medical emergency at US 50 and Stat eRoad 37. A 3-month-old was having trouble breathing:
  • 9 p.m. Officers assisted the Department of Child Services in the 550 block of McFadden Ridge Road at the Lothlorien Nature Sanctuary
  • 9:14 p.m. A female fell on the front walk of the jail and struck her tailbone and hit her head and would like to file a report
  • 9:28 p.m. Domestic fight in the 20 block of Meadowland Drive. A woman had found nude pictures of another woman on her husband's phone. The couple separated for the night
  • 9:50 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 910 block of Georgia Firetower Road. The caller says a 13 and 15-year-old juvenile came to the caller's house saying they have been suffering from physical abuse and today they have had enough and walked to the caller's home seeking help. The Department of Child Services was alerted and investigating
  • 10:38 p.m. A woman in the 2760 block of Tunnelton Road reported a male has threatened to kill her and today he ran her vehicle off the road and is driving by her house along with his uncle and friends. Last week he came up to her at WalMart and threatened to cut her brake lines and kill her and their son. Now there is someone in the field across the street with a flashlight and she believes it is him. Police will make extra patrols
  • 11:30 p.m. A resident called to report the location of a male who police are attempting to serve a protective order against

  • 1:34 a.m. Lift assist in the 1770 block of Stonington Road. A 76-year-old female fell
  • 2:53 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 1640 block of Springville Judah Road

  • 12:32 p.m. Property damage accident in the 3500 block of Springville Judah Road

  • 1:33 p.m. Property damage accident on Pinhook and Tunnelton roads
  • 2:09 p.m. Property damage accident on US 50 East, west of Standish Steel Road
  • 2:38 p.m. Accident with possible injuries at Meridian and Yockey roads
