  • 7:16 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Kia Sportage on State Road 37 at the Avoca stop light
  • 7:27 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Heltonville Elementary
  • 7:38 a.m. A motorist reported while driving to school something flew off a semi and struck and broke her windshield

  • 11:47 a.m. Citizen assist in the 1420 block of I Street. The caller requested an officer to go with her to retrieve her belongings from a home in the 220 block of Indiana Avenue
  • 12:17 p.m. Agency assist in the 960 block of Stevens Street in darting a stray dog. The dog was taken to the humane society

  • 2:37 p.m. Illegal dumping in the 650 block of Burton Lane
  • 2:56 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1320 block of K Street. A person fell
  • 3:40 p.m. A resident int he 1170 block of Camelot Courts reported fraud and needs to speak to a Mitchell Police officer
  • 3:47 p.m. Report of rolled up carpet in the roadway at Old State Road 37 and Hobart Road
  • 3:50 p.m. A resident in the 450 block of North Seventh Street reported that their property in the 1010 block of West Warren Street was broken into several times over the last few months
  • 4 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 420 block of North 9th Street.
  • 4:27 p.m. Medical emergency in the 3710 block of South Leatherwood Road. A person overdosed
  • 4:53 p.m. Illeal dumping on John Kern Lane between two 90 degree turns
  • 5:01 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 150 block of Liberty Street
  • 5:06 p.m. Officer made extra patrols in the 310 block of West Warren Street
  • 5:34 p.m. Traffic stop at Cobb Lane and Springville Judah Road
  • 5:45 p.m. Request for animal control to the 380 block of Dixon Chapel Road for cattle in the cemetery
  • 6:06 p.m. Medical emergency in the 230 block of North Madison Street
  • 6:48 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Art Gallery Road. Michael Kendal, 46, Mitchell, was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of possession of marijuana
  • 7:14 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2010 block of Henderson Creek Road
  • 8:35 p.m. Document service in the 170 block of Dale Street
  • 8:58 p.m. Citizen dispute in the 300 block of Wells Avenue
  • 9:19 p.m. 911 call reporting a fight in the 3200 block of John Williams Boulevard
  • 9:21 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37, south of Old State Road 37
  • 9:52 p.m. Medical emergency at the Lawrence County Jail. An imate being processed in booking overdosed
  • 10:54 p.m. Request for a welfare check at South Ninth and Tulip streets. A woman had kicked in the door of the home argued with the caller's mother and left. The caller wants officers to check on the other female at the home
  • 11 p.m. Report of a chimney fire in the 2450 block of Rabbitsville Road

  • 12:06 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and US 50 West
  • 12:10 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Salt Creek Brewery
  • 12:11 a.m. 911 call reporting a woman was attempting to set her apartment on fire in the 2620 block of Industrial Drive
  • 12:21 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 810 block of Smith Avenue in Oolitic
  • 12:29 a.m. Burglary in the 150 block of Patton View. The caller says her neighbor's autistic son broke into her home and trashed it and possibly stole her television
  • 12:51 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 150 block of Liberty Bell Road
  • 1:23 a.m. The resident in the 150 block of Patton View called again saying her home was not the only home the male broke into and trashed. She is also missing a tablet, movies, a Playstation 3 and a professional camera
  • 3:19 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37, south of Avoca
  • 3:26 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Trogdon Lane
  • 3:37 a.m. A male reported he had broke up with his girlfriend and she will not give him the keys to his wife's car. The wife has paid for Weaver's to tow the vehicle. He wanted to know if an officer should go to the home incase the girlfriend starts trouble with the tow truck driver
