  • 8:32 p.m. Kimberly Kern, 38, 2904 Ted Jones Dr., operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, cited for unsafe lane movement and failure to use turn signal

  • 7:43 p.m. Traffic stop at 16th Street and Hillcrest Road
  • 7:22 p.m. Trespassing in the 1320 block of James Avenue

  • 6:56 p.m. Fire alarm sounding in the 1920 block of Plaza Drive
  • 6:37 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at State Road 37 and 16th Street

  • 4:10 a.m. Derek Boone, 32, 1527 16th St., possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance, driving while driver's license suspended with a prior conviction
  • 10:45 a.m. Zachary Fish, 25, 96 North Pike Rd., invasion of privacy
  • 9:19 a.m. Felisha Webb, 22, Oolitic, invasion of privacy

  • 9:16 a.m. Medical emergency in the 500 block of Avoca Eureka Road. A male was having trouble breathing
  • 9:19 a.m. Domestic fight in the 220 block of Indiana Avenue in Oolitic
  • 10:19 a.m. Abandoned vehicle in the 1330 block of State Road 37
  • 10:32 a.m. Request for animal control in the 4810 block of Williams Road
  • 10:57 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1260 block of Burton Cemetery Road
  • 11:06 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 660 block of Twin Bridge Road
  • 11:20 a.m. Medical emergency in the 100 block of Birdwell. A male was not breathing. Day & Carter Mortuary was alerted
  • 12:02 p.m. Tree in the roadway at Old Union Church Road and Fayetteville Williams Road
  • 12:10 p.m. Line down in the road in the 810 block of Lawrenceport Road
  • 12:48 p.m. Tree in power lines in the 8780 block of South Tailwater Drive
  • 1:06 p.m. Citizen dispute in the 140 block of Ryan Lane. The caller says her father is being abusive to her mother and would like to get her mother out of the house while he is away and requests to speak to an officer
  • 2:02 p.m. Request for animal control to the 50 block of Camelot Lane. The caller reports the neighbor's dog was in her yard and just killed her dog
  • 3:22 p.m. Domestic fight in the 250 block of Kentucky Hollow Road
  • 3:25 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 260 block of Donica Church Road. It was a false alarm
  • 3:54 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a tan S-10 between Huron and the US 50/State Road 60 split
  • 4:01 p.m. Theft of furniture in the 4810 block of Williams Road
  • 4:20 p.m. A semi had hit trailer come loose at State Road 37 and State Road 60
  • 5 p.m. County wide volunteer fire department weekly radio test
  • 5:01 p.m. Trespassing at State Road 158, west of the Mulch Guy, east of the bridge. The caller says there is a white truck parked on the property and heard gunshots.
  • 5:05 p.m. Theft of electronics from a home in the 100 block of Dale Street
  • 6:04 p.m. 911 call reporting a car fire in the 1600 block of Third Street
  • 6:36 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 460 block of Old State Road 37
  • 7 p.m. Suspicious person in the 200 block of West Frank Street
  • 7:07 p.m. Traffic stop at Mitchell Road and 25th Street
  • 7:45 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 37, north of State Road 58
  • 8:05 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 510 block of Diamond Road. The caller reported their two foster children were out of control and the 11-year-old had pulled a knife. The caller says they have had the two boys for a month and they visited their mother yesterday and that is when the trouble started
  • 8:10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 3290 block of Dixie Highway at Cresthaven Cemetery
  • 8:59 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 5490 block of Sand Pit Road
  • 9:07 p.m. Report of gunshots in the 30 block of Bradford Lane. Shawswick VFD and an AMR ambulance responded. Statflight was alerted and landed. A person was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital
  • 11:08 p.m. Theft in the 110 block of Lafayette Avenue in Oolitic. Someone had stolen a ladder rack that goes in the bed of a truck. Police determined it was a civil issue
  • 11:51 p.m. Suspicious person in the 540 block of Ninth Street

Incidents - Dec. 3

  • 12:10 a.m. Suspicious person in the 210 block of Leatherwood Circle
  • 12:20 a.m. Medical emergency in the 5550 block of State Road 446. A person was suffering back pain
  • 1:02 a.m. Traffic stop at Old State Road 37 at the dumpster site
  • 1:18 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37, north of State Road 158
  • 2:08 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 150 block of Fayetteville Coxton Road
  • 2:54 a.m. A male cut off his house arrest bracelet at a home in the 150 block of Fayetteville Coxton Road and was given a ride to the Super Motel 8 by his father
  • 3:08 a.m. Officers made extra patrols at Salt Creek Brewery
  • 3:14 a.m. Traffic stop at Sieboldt Quarry Road and Maple Run Road
  • 3:15 a.m. Officers were out with a person at Johnny Junction
  • 3:58 a.m. Lift assist in the 50 block of Riverview Addition Road
