  • 2:59 p.m. Steven Taylor, 25, 57 Valley Lane, wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke
  • 3:46 p.m. Jordan Yates, 29, 1916 5th St., drug court violation
  • 9:59 p.m. Logan Furnace, 25, Springville, wanted on warrants for arson, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana
  • 9:59 p.m. Joshua Lintz, 25, Williams, wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke

Incidents - Jan. 11

  • 1:43 a.m. Medical emergency in the 100 block of Sunny Slopes Drive. A male was having a seizure
  • 2:21 a.m. Police made extra patrols at French Lick Auto
  • 3 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Judah
  • 3:06 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Sasser Addition
  • 3:22 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Bartlettsville
  • 3:42 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Heltonville
  • 4:05 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Plum Street
  • 4:43 a.m. Police made extra patrols at French Lick Auto
  • 5:15 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 440 block of Dale Street. Police found the front windows broken out of a home at 452 Dale Street and the front door kicked in there was blood all over the driveway but no one at the home. Police checked surrounding emergency rooms for anyone with serious lacerations. No one was found. Police discovered the male resident was the one who broke the windows and cut his arms and hands during a domestic dispute. The male's mother says he refused medical attention and possibly left the home with his wife. locate Matthew and his wife.
  • 6:51 a.m. Panic alarm sounding in the 760 block of Trinton Circle. the caller says someone is trying to get into her home
  • 7:06 a.m. Request for animal control in the 3640 block of Ramsey Ridge Road for a stray dog
  • 7:29 a.m. Police made patrols at Shawswick School
  • 7:33 a.m. Controlled fire in the 5350 block of State Road 54 West
  • 7:36 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and E&R
  • 7:41 a.m. Police made patrols at BNL High School
  • 7:45 a.m. Police made patrols at Needmore School
  • 8:09 a.m. Theft of medication from the 820 block of Harrodsburg Road
  • 9:06 a.m. Theft in the 380 block of Hillcrest Way
  • 9:06 a.m. Animal control in the 150 block of Lost Lane for a stray dog
  • 9:45 a.m. Request for animal control to the 550 block of Earl Road to check on the welfare of horses. The were not problem
  • 9:51 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 9600 block of State Road 37.
  • 10:10 a.m. A county highway crew member who was cutting brush found a case of heroin under the bridge on Doc Hamilton Boulevard
  • 10:24 a.m. Fayetteville Williams Road was closed between State Road 450 and Old Schoolhouse Lane
  • 10:40 a.m. Police made extra patrols in the 20 block of Teke Burton Drive
  • 11:03 a.m. Medical emergency in the first block of Walnut Heights Road. A 91-year-old female was ill
  • 12:11 p.m. Trespassing on Peerless Road near Bud Ikerd Road. The caller says there is a person on their property fishing
  • 12:13 p.m. A resident in the 470 block of Woods Lane reported they found some bones that appear to be human in her livestock pen
  • 12:24 p.m. Welfare check in the 640 block of South 8th Street
  • 1:17 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Stevens Lane
  • 1:29 p.m. Threats at the Avoca Fish Hatchery. The caller says a person came out of his home and threatened to shot him and his wife who were out walking
  • 1:55 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 1860 block of WPA Road
  • 1:58 p.m. Tobacco problem at BNL. A teen was cited for possession of tobacco
  • 2:22 p.m. Request for animal control to the 120 block of Peerless Road to check on the welfare of a dog. The dog was removed from the home
  • 2:50 p.m. Police made patrols at Shawswick School
  • 2:55 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Old Dixie Highway
  • 3:01 p.m. Police made patrols at Needmore School
  • 3:28 p.m. Disabled vehicle on State Road 37 and Stevens Lane
  • 3:31 p.m. A female wanted on a warrant was arrested at Courthouse Plaza
  • 3:39 p.m. Report of a person shooting guns in the 710 block of Norton Avenue
  • 3:41 p.m. Repossession in the 480 block of Terry Park Road
  • 3:46 p.m. A male called about a child custody issue
  • 4:07 p.m. Traffic stop on North 9th Street and Hancock Avenue
  • 4:47 p.m. Report of medication stolen from a home in the 820 block of Harrodsburg Road
  • 4:47 p.m. Erratic driver in a white Chevy Traverse southbound on State Road 37 by Speedway
  • 4:52 p.m. A woman in the 680 block of Leesville Road reported she was walking and a dog bit her, but didn't break the skin. She request animal control to speak to the owner of the dog
  • 5:04 p.m. Citizen assist in the 540 block of 9th Street in Mitchell. The caller reported people are bothering her at her house
  • 6:30 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1640 block of Fayetteville Owens Road
  • 5:52 p.m. Animal control in the 520 block of South Sixth Street about a stray dog
  • 5:53 p.m. A resident in the 9750 block of Trailwater Drive reported her 3-year-old daughter is missing from the house
  • 6:10 p.m. Warrant service in te 110 block of East Grissom Avenue
  • 6:17 p.m. Request for hazmat to State Road 450 there is a fuel truck traveling eastbound and spilling diesel fuel all over the roadway
  • 6:17 p.m. Domestic fight in the 1190 block of East Oolitic Road. A female request an officer to assist her in getting back into her house. Her soon to be ex-husband gave her a piece of paper saying she had one hour to get out of the house or else she would go to jail. The woman says she was nervous and he was harassing her while she was leaving and she is only in a bathrobe.
  • 6:27 p.m. Warrant service in the 530 block of South 7th Street
  • 6:38 p.m. Medical emergency in the 3100 block of Shawnee Drive South. A 71-year-old female fell and possible broke her thumb
  • 6:45 p.m. Disabled vehicle on State Road 37, north of AppleAcres
  • 6:57 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 780 block of Shawswick Station Road. The caller says he got home and found the rear door open and his gun safe missing with 15 firearms inside. There were also tire tracks showing a vehicle backed up to the rear of the house
  • 6:58 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Johnson Christian Village peeping into windows. Police didn't find anyone but will make extra patrols
  • 7:07 pm. Report of a possible residential entry in the 1810 block of Brown Station Road
  • 7:11 p.m. Barn fire in the 3160 block of Rager Road. Marion Township VFD responded
  • 7:31 p.m. A resident in the 210 block of Cambridge Square reported a male is trying to bust down her door
  • 7:32 p.m. Warrant service in the 110 block of Graves Addition Road
  • 8:11 p.m. Vandalism in the 160 block of Dale Street. The male says while he was in the hospital someone has broken into his house and there is a broken window and busted water pipe and unsure what is missing
  • 8:13 p.m. Theft in the 1020 block of West Oak Street in Mitchell. A male says two neighbor kids sole a pair of Nike tennis shoes from his vehicle
  • 8:32 p.m. Warrant service in the 320 block of West Warren Street
  • 8:38 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 310 block of Glenview Estates
  • 8:52 p.m. Traffic stop at North 4th Street and East Mine Street
  • 9:07 p.m. Suspicious person in the 8240 block of State Road 54 West. The caller says someone is hitting their side of their mobile home
  • 9:37 p.m. Traffic stop in the 2910 block of State Road 37
  • 9:49 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and State Road 37
  • 10:18 p.m. Agency assist in the 1000 block of Walnut Street in Oolitic
  • 10:19 p.m. Monroe County located a 1997 Green Chevy Lumina in their Wal-Mart parking lot and believe the vehicle is stolen since it has a punched ignition. Lawrence County police contacted the registered owner who says they had sold the vehicle earlier today and couldn't provide police with any other information other then the female's name was Lindsey
  • 10:24 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 1700 block of Sieboldt Quarry Road. It was a false alarm
  • 10:25 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Shell station
  • 10:38 p.m. Document service at Heartbreak Motel in Mitchell. A female was arrested
  • 10:49 p.m. Report of a tree falling and lines down in the 620 block of Dixie Highway. Duke Energy responded
  • 11:08 p.m. Child custody dispute in the 2570 block of Bartlettsville Road. The caller says the child's mother has failed to returned the child. The mother says she is not bringing the child back today but tomorrow's date. The father was advised how to proceed and would make a log entry for the father
  • 11:24 p.m. Report of the odor of something burning in the 710 block of Lehigh Street

  • 7:28 a.m. Property damage accident on Tunnelton Road at Sunny Acres Drive. A school bus was in a ditch
  • 2:28 p.m. Property damage accident in the 380 block of Hillcrest Way
  • 3:59 p.m. Accident with possible injuries in the 2660 block of Meridian Road
  • 5:25 p.m. Property damage accident in the 2900 block of State Road 37 near McDonald's in Mitchell
  • 10:12 p.m. Property damage accident on State Road 69 and VFW Road
  • 10:46 p.m. Property damage accident with a vehicle leaving the scene in the 800 block of Clark Smith Road
  • 10:50 p.m. Property damage accident with a vehicle leaving the scene at Mundell Church Road in the first curve off State Road 446
