  • 12:49 a.m. Domestic fight in the 630 block of Riley Boulevard. A male reported he was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend
  • 1:03 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1800 block of WPA Road. The caller reported someone was beating on his window. A male was arrested
  • 1:19 a.m. Report of a suspicious male hanging around the 120 block of State Road 60 East. Police were unable to locate the male and will make extra patrols
  • 2:21 a.m. Police made extra patrols on South Hill Drive
  • 2:41 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Fayetteville
  • 2:54 a.m. Police made extra patrols in the 20 block of South Hill Drive
  • 3:10 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Silverville
  • 3:10 a.m. Police made extra patrols in Springville
  • 3:50 a.m. Police made extra patrols at Vocational Center
  • 5:32 a.m. Report of a suspicious person at the JayC Store in Mitchell. An older male was hanging around the front door and acting suspicious. He was waiting for the store to open so he could return an item
  • 6:42 a.m. Report of a large amount of trash on US 50 West in the area of the fairgrounds
  • 7:36 a.m. Report of a dead deer in the roadway on North Shawswick Station Road

  • 11:44 a.m. Request for animal control to the 60 block of Carver Lane. Indiana State Police are there to serve a warrant and there are some large dogs what will need to be contained
  • 12:50 p.m. Lift assist requested in the 240 block of Country Estates Drive.
  • 1:10 p.m. Domestic fight in the 1110 block of Sheridan Drive. A female reported she is having an argument with her boyfriend and he has locked the door and left the home
  • 1:48 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 160 block of Dale Street. The caller says she came home from the hospital today and someone was in her attic. The intruder had her dog locked up. The neighbor chased the white male from the home
  • 2:54 p.m. Extra patrols at Shawswick School
  • 3:19 p.m. IU Health Hospital reported treating a female who had been bitten by a stray cat
  • 3:27 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 6550 block of Bartlettsville Road. The people in the vehicle say they are from the water company, but they are on her property logging trees. Police could find no trees downed from being logged and only found an empty beer can
  • 4:08 p.m. A male inmate was transported to IU Health Hospital
  • 4:20 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a black Camry at State Road 37 and 29th Street
  • 4:37 p.m. Medical emergency in the 330 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 79-year-old was having a heart issue
  • 4:44 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37, north of the Marathon station
  • 4:47 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 1200 block of Elm Park. The male was fine
  • 5:12 p.m. Report of a disabled vehicle in the southbound lane State Road 37, north of the Oolitic light and it almost caused an accident
  • 5:21 p.m. Traffic stop at West Warren and North 10th streets
  • 5:32 p.m. Warrant service in the 500 block of Skyline Drive. A male was arrested
  • 5:34 p.m Controlled burn in the 750 block of West Powerline Road
  • 6:07 p.m. Police made extra patrols on East Oolitic Road and Smith Avenue
  • 6:12 p.m. Police made extra patrols on East Oolitic Road
  • 6:19 p.m. Traffic stop at East Oolitic Road and Meridian Street

  • 7:03 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at Washboard Road
  • 7:13 p.m. Traffic stop at Hall and Smith avenues in Oolitic
  • 7:34 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37 and Ingram Road. A citation was issued
  • 7:57 p.m. Police were out with a person at State Road 37 and Pinewood Drive. The male was walking along State Road 37. He was given a ride to the Monroe County line
  • 8:14 p.m. Traffic stop at Main Street at the entrance of Indiana Limestone
  • 8:18 p.m. Request for animal control State Road 37 and Main Street in Oolitic. A dog was running around in the roadway
  • 8:51 p.m. Agency assist at John Williams Boulevard and X Street
  • 9 p.m. Traffic stop at Hoosier Avenue and 8th Street in Oolitic
  • 9:37 p.m. A resident in the 2900 block of Ted Jones Drive reported their neighbor was beating on his door and is unsure why
  • 9:41 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 60 East and South Sixth Street in Mitchell
  • 9:43 p.m. A resident in the 910 block of West Warren Street reported a male and female he knows stole his vehicle and were out "joy riding" in his 1999 Dodge Dakota Sport. A female was arrested
  • 9:53 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 54 and Gravel Lane
  • 10:03 p.m. A resident in the 560 block of Sunny Acres Drive reported being harassed over social media. The male was told how to proceed
  • 10:16 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 37 and John Williams Boulevard
  • 10:59 p.m. A resident in the 80 block of Juliet Lane reported she woke to a noise in her living room and when she went to investigate she found a male in her living room. The caller said that the male who said he was "Jimmy" was there looking for the caller's grandson, who was asleep in another room. The caller says "Jimmy" made threats and said her grandson owed him money and he would be back in a few days. The male then left in a truck headed toward Yockey Road. The caller stated her grandson didn't know anyone by the name "Jimmy." Police say there were no signs of forced entry and nothing was taken. Police will make extra patrols

  • 8:02 a.m. Property damage accident on Brick Street at the Springville Post Office
  • 8:03 a.m. Property damage accident in the 890 block of Trinton Circle. A vehicle hit a mailbox and AT&T box and fled the scene
  • 7:43 p.m. Property damage accident on State Road 37 at Woods Lane
  • 8:29 p.m. Property damage accident in the 420 block of R Street

  • 10:17 p.m. David Byford, 46, 172 Lafayette Ave., wanted on a warrant for petition to revoke
