  • Dispatch called back and they had the tire changed and were on their way

  • 4:17 p.m. Request for an officer to retrieve a discarded syringe behind the building near the dumpster in the 1210 block of West Main Street
  • 4:25 p.m. Report of a suspicious Pontiac Trans Am parked at the cemetery at Connerly Cemetery Road and State Road 60. The vehicle has been there for more than 3 hours
  • 4:36 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white Cadillac in the 900 block of Vinegar Hill Road
  • 4:57 p.m. Report of an unwanted construction worker going door-to-door in Robinhood Addition
  • 5:11 p.m. Report of threats in the 170 block of Burkwood Hills Lane. A female says a male forced her to lift her protective order two days ago and as soon as she did he began making threats and has a key to the house. The woman contacted the courts and had the paperwork discarded. She was told to call 911 if the male shows up at her home
  • 5:14 p.m. Wildland fire in the 3590 block of State Road 37
  • 5:31 p.m. Controlled fire in the 2250 block of Rabbitsville Road
  • 5:42 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Teke Burton Drive
  • 5:45 p.m. Utility problem in the 3020 block of State Road 60 West. A pole and lines were down. Orange County REMC was alerted
  • 5:59 p.m. Traffic stop at 14th and West Main street

  • 8:50 p.m. Medical emergency in the 50 block of Knob Creek Road. A woman said she heard a noise and found her husband on the floor and now he is out of it

  • 8:58 p.m. Citizen assist in the 3250 block of Shawnee Drive South. A male is needing a ride to his home after dialysis because his wife is refusing to come and pick him up and he has no other ride. The son was contacted and he will come get his father
  • 9:12 p.m. Off duty assist in the 9100 block of State Road 37 with a disabled vehicle
  • 9:29 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Doc Hamilton Boulevard
  • 9:38 p.m. Traffic stop on North Third and Warren streets in Mitchell
  • 9:42 p.m. Report of a suspicious black Ford Mustang parked in the parking lot of Oolitic Middle School with two people in the vehicle
  • 9:58 p.m. Traffic stop at Hoosier Avenue and Fifth Street in Oolitic
  • 10:13 p.m. Traffic stop on East Oolitic Road near the church
  • 10:18 p.m. Domestic fight at Persimmon Park Apartments. The caller says there is a verbal altercation in front of building 5. Police say both parties have calmed down
  • 10:30 p.m. Warrant service near Casey General Store in Oolitic. Police were out between two homes south of Casey's with a male. The male was wanted on a warrant and is now facing additional charges. Mitchell Police Department was contacted in reference to recover of possible stolen property
  • 11:10 p.m. Theft of cash and two cell phones from a vehicle in the 700 block of Gilbert Drive in Mitchell
  • 11:17 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1050 block of WPA Road. A male was having trouble breathing

  • 12:04 p.m. Accident with injuries on Mitchell Road at Pappas Bar & Grill
  • 12:45 p.m. Property damage accident with a vehicle leaving the scene in the 530 block of N Fifth Street in Mitchell
  • 3:33 p.m. Property damage accident on State Road 60 East and North Meridian Road

  • 8:10 a.m. A female was on station to speak with an officer about harassment.
  • 12:41 p.m. A male was on station about a title check
  • 12:45 p.m. Report of damage to the railroad crossing from a semi trailer turning at Hancock Avenue and Rabbitsville Road. CSX was alerted and will repair the damage
  • 3:25 p.m. A female was on station about a vehicle identification number check
