  • 7:01 p.m. Timothy Livingston, 44, Terre Haute, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear
  • 6 p.m. Brandi Swango, 35, 1424 E. Oolitic Rd., wanted on two warrants in another county
  • 4:02 p.m. Joshua Wigley, 43, Mitchell, wanted on warrant for failure to appear in another county

  • 8:27 p.m. Utility problem in the 510 block of Southwood Drive
  • 8:10 p.m. Traffic hazard at 15th and I streets
  • 7:01 p.m. Wanted person in the 1510 block of 9th Street. A man was arrested
  • 6:25 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2730 block of Washington Avenue. An AMR ambulance responded

  • 5:44 p.m. Parking problem in the 600 block of 17th Street
  • 5:39 p.m. Traffic stop at M and 21st streets. A citation was issued
  • 5:16 p.m. Disabled vehicle at H and 16th streets
  • 4:02 p.m. Wanted person in the 520 block of Skyline Drive. A man was arrested
  • 4:02 p.m. Wanted person in the 2110 block of 12th Street
  • 3:46 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1300 block of K Street. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded

  • 12:18 p.m. Shots fired in the 2010 block of 29th Street. Police say it was fireworks
  • 12:11 p.m. Overdose in the 800 block of Barlow Lane. An AMR ambulance responded

  • 10:39 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1610 block of Winwood Drive. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded

  • 1:12 p.m. Brooke Shelton, 23, Mitchell, wanted on warrant for trespassing, petition to revoke
  • 1:30 p.m. Steve Coffin, 35, Evansville, wanted on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear

Infractions - Sept. 6

  • 8:17 p.m. Joseph Guess, 21, Heltonville, driving while driver's license suspended
  • 7:38 p.m. Anthony Gilliland, 24, Bedford, driving while driver's license suspended

Incidents - Sept. 6

  • 12:49 a.m. Warrant service at Walnut Heights in Oolitic. A woman was arrested
  • 1:20 a.m. Medical emergency in the 100 block of Beanie Deckard Road. The coroner was alerted
  • 1:26 a.m. Traffic stop on Doc Hamilton Boulevard, east of State Road 37
  • 2:07 a.m. Theft of a license plate. No address was listed
  • 2:13 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 11880 block of US 50 West. The minivan is parked in the parking lot for about a half hour between gas pumps with its headlights pointed into the store.
  • 3:06 a.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37 in front of Lighthouse book store
  • 4:23 a.m. A woman in the 5060 block of Old State Road 37 reported they just go home and one of her cars had the inside lights on and then went off. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, but police will make extra patrols
  • 6:24 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 2660 block of Meridian Road in Mitchell. It was a false alarm
  • 7:04 a.m. Medical emergency in the 560 block of Rawlins Mills Road. A 75-year-old male was confused
  • 7:57 a.m. Police made extra patrols at Fayetteville Elementary School
  • 8:28 a.m. Disabled vehicle on US 50 West at Truck Lane Hill
  • 8:50 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Pleasant Run Church. The caller says the dark blue Jeep Cherokee has been driving up and down the road and is now in the church parking lot
  • 9:05 a.m. Theft in the 420 block of North 8th Street in Mitchell. A purse was stolen out of a vehicle overnight
  • 9:48 a.m. Report of a house fire in the 720 block of Moore Lane in Springville. It was beans burning on the stove
  • 10:15 a.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37 at Storage Express
  • 11:08 a.m. Animal control requested to the 120 block of Bryan Lane in Avoca. The caller says she left her dog at Hooiser Doggy Daycare over the weekend and the dog has been abused. The dog was taken to the vet who says its has a broken nose and broken teeth and sore hips
  • 11:29 a.m. Police made extra patrols at Bedford North Lawrence High School
  • 11:49 a.m. A man in the 210 block of Maple Run Road was on station to report being stalked by his neighbor
  • 11:55 a.m. Medical emergency in the 800 block of Bailey Scales Road
  • 12:24 p.m. Medical emergency in the 320 block of Greenwood Street in Mitchell. A 49-year-old male was having stomach pain
  • 1:10 p.m. Identity theft in the 5960 block of State Road 37
  • 1:47 p.m. Illegal burning on US 50 and Stove Road
  • 1:57 p.m. Report of drug activity at the boat ramp on Dixie Highway. The caller found several syringes and needles. Police picked up about 20 syringes and disposed of them
  • 3:12 p.m. Burglary in the 80 block fo Lawrenceport Road. Two guns and $10,000 in cash were taken
  • 4:05 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 780 block of Twin Ponds Road in Williams
  • 5:10 p.m. Disabled vehicle in Deadman's Curve and State Road 158
  • 5:49 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37, south of Woodville Road
  • 5:52 p.m. Report of road rage between two vehicle on State Road 37 at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Mitchell
  • 6:09 p.m. Agency assist in the 450 block of West Jackson Street in Orleans. An officer was out with a male threatening to shoot another male
  • 6:53 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37 at Teke Burton Lane
  • 7:38 p.m. Traffic stop at Second and Warren streets
  • 7:59 p.m. Domestic fight in the 370 block of Martin Hollow Road in Heltonville
  • 8:17 p.m. Traffic stop at West Oak and 11th streets in Mitchell. A citation was issued
  • 8:31 p.m. Traffic stop in the 4280 block of State Road 158. The teen was given a written warning for having an ATV on a state highway
  • 8:37 p.m. Domestic fight on South 9th Street in Mitchell. A woman had been in a physical altercation with her husband and requested an officer meet her at the Mitchell Police Department. The woman refused to give the address of the home where the incident happened. The woman told police her husband had threatened to kill her and driver his truck through her trailer. She did not want to file charges
  • 9:01 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 520 block of State Road 458. The female was fine. She told police she had been in a verbal argument with a male earlier but everything was fine now
  • 9:35 p.m. Threats in the 3650 block of Kelly Drive. Four males were on a porch with a gun pointing it at one of the males
  • 9:52 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37, north of the storage units
  • 10:20 p.m. Threats in the 1210 block of State Road 37 in Mitchell. A woman requested to speak to an officer about domestic violence and threats
  • 10:40 p.m. Threats in the 650 block of Roberts Lane in Heltonville. A woman says a man was at her home threatening her and then left on a bicycle going toward State Road 58 East
  • 11:07 p.m. Traffic stop at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and Mill Creek Road
  • 11:22 p.m. Traffic stop at Rariden Hill and State Road 37.

Accidents - Sept. 6

  • 7:08 p.m. Tractor/vehicle accident on Tripleton Pike and Indian Creek Camp Road. The vehicle had left the scene
