  • 3:26 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 80 block of Graves Addition. A son had beaten his mother. The woman denied medical attention or to file charges
  • 3:15 p.m. A man in the 1420 block of East Oolitic Road requested his girlfriend be removed from his home. The male told police the woman receives male at the home and wanted to know what steps he needed to take to make her leave

  • 5:50 a.m. A resident in the 500 block o Meridian Road requested to speak to an officer after finding four of the tires on his vehicle were flat. The man is a supervisor at an area business that just laid off 70 people and it could be anyone. Police will make extra patrols
  • 6:12 a.m. A resident in the 300 block of Warren Street reported someone had cut the tires on her vehicle and she had just replaced them. The woman request extra patrols saying this was the second time this has happened
  • 7:47 a.m. Report of a speeding vehicle at Springhaven and Rager roads
  • 10:11 a.m. A woman found an open door in the 700 block of West Warren Street. Police found no door open
  • 10:30 a.m. A man was on station to speak with fire department officials about the structure fire on Warren Street
  • 1 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a resident in the 200 block of Kelly Street. The woman want the man to call her once police make contact with him
  • 1:42 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver on Ind. 60 West coming into Mitchell From Washington County. The caller gave police the license plate number of the vehicle
  • 2:30 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of West Warren Street requested police to server a no trespass order on her son
  • 2:57 p.m. Medical emergency in the parking lot of Ruler Food Store. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded. Emergency crews could not find the patient
  • 3:26 p.m. A man reported that people in an older maroon-colored vehicle pulled into the farm driveway on South Meridian Road and is possible dealing drugs.
  • 3:48 p.m. A woman who lives on South Meridian road reported she think her son just broke into the home. Police found the male in front of Hughes Auto and talked to him. Police found no problem at the home. The homeowner told police she does not want her son at the home. Police went back to a trailer on Meridian Road and spoke to the son. A family member took the male to Mitchell Inn for the night
  • 3:58 p.m. Bloomfield State Bank employee request assistance from an officer while they take care of the ATM
  • 4 p.m. Bedford Police requested an officer go to a home on East Grissom Avenue to tell the resident about items found that belong to them. Police went to the home and no one was home
  • 5:42 p.m. Police found an open door at Whisper Estates. The property manager was alerted. Nothing was missing and the building was secured
  • 5:45 p.m. A woman reported a man in a black Dodge van was exposing himself in the parking lot at 60 Eastside. The man is now leaving and traveling toward McDonald's.
  • 6:48 p.m. A HelMar Drive resident requested to speak to an officer about problems with her 15-year-old son. The male juvenile left before police arrived
  • 7:40 p.m. A resident on North Seven Street requested an officer to check on a vehicle that keeps parking near her driveway. Police checked the vehicle and reported it was parked legal and there was no problem
  • 8:49 p.m. A resident on Tulip Street reported her daughter's boyfriends and her ex-brother-in-law are harassing her with phone calls and text messages

  • 12:55 p.m. A resident in Northside Trailer Court woke to find a man passed out in his kitchen floor. The caller was not sure how the man got there. Police say the man was intoxicated. An ambulance was called to the scene

  • 10:03 p.m. Report of a suicidal male at a home in the 640 block of Harold Smith Road. Police contacted the male's mother who said he was fine and there was no problem
  • 9:48 p.m. Report of a disabled vehicle at Bedford North Lawrence High School. The vehicle was off the roadway and stuck.
  • 8:53 p.m. Domestic fight in the 900 block of Walnut Street in Oolitic. Neither party wanted to file charges

  • 6:48 p.m. An alarm was sounding at a home in the 4510 block of Ind. 54. There was no problem

  • 2:37 p.m. A woman in the 410 block of Victorian Drive called police saying she didn't need officers at her house. The woman said she had been in a domestic fight with her boyfriend, but now she doesn't want officers at her home.
  • 2:23 p.m. A woman reported her boyfriend had been hit by a vehicle in the 2200 block of Washington Avenue
  • 2:10 p.m. Civil disputed over a locked gate in the 4000 block of Ind. 58 East. The male reported the two share the gate which allows both to enter their property. Now the other person has placed a lock on the gate and he can not get to his land
  • 1:32 p.m. A Bedford man received a text message from his sister-in-law saying she has barricaded her self in a room in a Greene County home because her husband was making threats. Greene County police were alerted

7:54 p.m. Capt. Donna Rose reported the warming shelter is closed tonight due to no residents needing shelter

10:55 p.m. Request for police to a home on Dale Street because the caller's granddaughter called him sahying she was going to harm herself.

1:18 a.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 600 block of Warren Street. The caller sounded intoxicated and was yelling "get out of my house." The woman was inside the home when police arrived with the lights on. She then turned the lights off and refused to come out and talk to police

1:25 a.m. A person called police to report he saw males run down Hancock Avenue

1:25 a.m. A resident in the 400 block of North Seventh Street reported he saw some young males take a bike off his front porch on Hancock Avenue. They took off heading west. They attempted to take a second bike but the man yelled at them and tried to get them to stop but they refused. The man told police he was following the boys who took the bike in a white Pontiac west on Hancock Avenue. The man then pulled into the Marathon Station. The man got his bike back. The males told police they had found the bike
