10:21 p.m. Drug investigation in the 200 block of Perry Street.

9:57 p.m. A resident in the 90 block of Middle Avenue reported a domestic fight with their 20-year-old grandson who is intoxicated.

9:37 p.m. Domestic fight over a custody issue in the 3800 block of Leatherwood Road. While on the phone with the dispatcher the caller said to disregard the complaint. Then a short time later the resident made a 911 call with a child screaming in the background requesting an officer. The woman left the home for the night.

9:33 p.m. Report of an intoxicate in a silver car traveling south on Ind. 37 from Monroe County.

9:04 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 90 block of Middle Avenue. The caller reported their intoxicated 20-year-old grandson had pulled her hair and was hitting her. The woman did not want to file charges.

9:02 p.m. A woman called to report possible child neglect and abuse.

6:23 p.m. A resident in the 2000 block of Tunnelton Road reported a violation of a protective order.

5:32 p.m. Report of a burglary to a home in the 2300 block of Rabbitsville. A shotgun, handgun and money were taken.

5:08 p.m. A resident in the 40 block of Allen Street in Heltonville reported a credit card scam.

4:39 p.m. Medical emergency in the 300 block of Sixth Street. A person was having a seizure. The person declined an ambulance.

4:27 p.m. A resident in the 1400 block of I Street to report identity fraud.

4:24 p.m. Report of an intoxicated male sitting at an outside table at Johnny's Junxion.

3:59 p.m. Report of a civil dispute over a driveway easement in the 70 block of Covey Lane.

3:50 p.m. Medical emergency in the 700 block of Judah Logan Road. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marshall VFD responded.

3:37 p.m. Report of an erratic driver at Jackson's Mini Mart.

2:27 p.m. Animal control was called to Woodlawn Drive to answer questions about outside kennel laws.

2:06 p.m. A resident in the 900 block of Popcorn Road reported their 17-year-old grandson was out of control.

1:02 p.m. Animal control was called to the 100 block of Red Hill Addition because of chickens.

12:58 p.m. Animal control was called to the 40 block of Woodlawn Village Road because of dogs running loose.

10:20 a.m. Request for extra patrols in the 2500 block of Ramsey Ridge Road because of recent break-ins and suspicious people in the area.

9:45 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Chevrolet truck on Ind. 37, south of Hubler's.

7:14 a.m. Report of a theft in the 4300 block of Old Farm Road.

5:32 a.m. Medical emergency in the 200 block of Pumpkin Lane. A woman was suffering blood pressure problems.

5:19 a.m. Property damage accident on Meadows Church Road, just off Ind. 446. A woman had hit a pole.

12:18 a.m. 911 call reporting possible gunshots in the 400 block of East Frank Street. Police were unable to locate a problem.

2:03 a.m. A person in the 200 block of Main Street reported being run off the road by a vehicle.

1 p.m. Report of a black lab caught at Elm one.

1:50 p.m. A resident in the 700 block of Burton Lane reported the theft of a 26-inch 3-speed men's motorized bike.

3:40 p.m. Report of smoke in the house in the 1000 block of South Ninth Street. The caller believes it is coming from the basement. Mitchell VFD responded. The problem was the blower motor on the air unit. The unit was shut off and the resident will call a repairman.

4:25 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of North Fifth Street reported receiving threats.

4:40 p.m. A resident at Camelot courts reported receiving threatening text messages. Police say the number was a scam from out of the country. At 6:55 p.m. the resident received another threatening text.

5:34 p.m. A woman was on station wanting to know if there was a health clinic in town because she had been spurred by a rooster. The woman refused an ambulance.

5:46 p.m. 911 call reporting a 6-year-old girl had a bike wreck in the 100 block of Dale Street. The girl's head was hurting. Mitchell VFD and a Seals ambulance responded.

6:10 p.m. The alley between North Eighth and Marion Streets and Gilbert Street and Crandall Street will be closed for the night.

6:15 p.m. Report of a suicidal woman who had taken an unknown amount of controlled substance is enroute to Elm Park and has an 8-year-old boy in her vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and an ambulance responded to the scene.

7:06 p.m. Medical emergency at Camelot Courts. An elderly woman had a slight fever and severe right side pain. Mitchell VFD responded.

6:27 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of East Vine Street was attempting to rescue a cat when a male in an orange PT Cruiser tried to run her over and was screaming obscenities at her. The woman requested extra patrols.

7:40 p.m. Report of a stolen laptop and case and portable hard drive stolen from Pioneer Creek Lane.

10:55 p.m. Report of four males behind the post office in a domestic fight.

10:49 p.m. Medical emergency in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue in Oolitic. A woman was suffering a chest pains. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Oolitic Volunteer Fire Department responded.

10:05 p.m. Report of a dog whining in the 700 block of Crystal Court.

9:40 p.m. Report of a pit bull loose in the 700 block of Crystal Court.

9:24 p.m. Report of dogs loose in the 700 block of Crystal Court.

6:35 p.m. Report of a dump truck swerving to miss an object in the road on Ind. 37 and the gravel in the back of the truck fell and broke the windshield of a vehicle behind it.

6:24 p.m. Report of a theft in the 4300 block of Old Farm Road. The caller reported his brother had sold some parts that the caller had purchased.

5:08 p.m. Disabled motorist on Hancock Avenue in Mitchell.

5:03 p.m. Brownstown Police reported they have a wallet that was found that belonged to a resident on Fairview Mundell Road.

3:59 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a female involved in a domestic fight in the 4300 block of Ind. 60 East. The woman was taken to Becky's Place.

3:52 p.m. Report of 4 people in a black Mustang at a one in the 100 block of Old Ind. 450 and the caller wants them removed from their property. Police were unable to locate the people or vehicle.

3:46 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1900 block of Hickory Grove Road. The caller reported their grandfather had passed away. Pleasant Run and Shawswick VFD and Jones Funeral Home was notified.

3:27 p.m. Disabled motorist on Ind. 37 in the southbound lane at the Avoca turnoff.

2:13 p.m. A motorist was having a medical emergency on Ind. 37 in the southbound lane across from Hubler's. A Seals ambulance and Marion VFD responded.

1:51 p.m. Report of mud in the roadway in the 100 block of Tolbert Lane.

1:37 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of South Ninth Street in Mitchell reported their dog was not breathing and they needed help.

1:11 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at the Mitchell Public Library. There was no fire.

12:14 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of Brinegar Drive in Springville reported receiving threats.

10:55 a.m. Report of a flatbed truck with their flashers on was all over the roadway on Ind. 37 southbound near Crossroads Church.

10:11 a.m. Medical emergency in the 200 block of Erie Church Road. A man had fallen and possibly broke his ankle and arm. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Pleasant Run and Shawswick VFDs were alerted.

9:32 a.m. A resident in the 900 block of Sugar Hill Addition was threatening to harm his aunt. Police were able to warn the woman.

9:08 a.m. Officer assisted with a home visit on Lawrenceport Main.

2:05 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of South Ninth Street was extremely upset that his dog was not breathing and believed it was dead. The person's stepfather was contacted and an officer responded to the home.

6:36 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of West Warren Street requested to speak to an officer about a custody situation. The woman was advised to contact the Sheriff's Department and CPS.

7:42 p.m. Police were alerted about a stolen vehicle taken around 4:30 p.m. in Martinsville.

7:49 p.m. A woman at Persimmon Park Apartments reports someone keeps beating on the ceiling which is her floor. The woman was advised to call her landlord.

8:49 p.m. A woman reported that juveniles have moved the picnic table at city hall and are playing with a sword.

9:29 p.m. Report of the theft of a skateboard out of a backyard in the 600 block of West Warren Street.

10:44 p.m. A resident in the 200 block of Pioneer Creek Lane was on station
about a protective order.

11:55 p.m. Report of juveniles in the roadway with toy cars at Doc Hamilton Boulevard and Rabbitsville Road.

11:35 p.m. A resident on Old Needmore School Road reported their two foster sons ages 13 and 14 ran away. DSC was contacted.

10:58 p.m. Report of the theft of two bikes in the 500 block of South Ridge Road. Police will make extra patrols.

10:43 p.m. A stolen rabbit was recovered and returned to the owner.

10:23 p.m. Police made extra patrols in Pride Estates.

9:58 p.m. Report that two windows were busted out of a U-Haul in the 500 block of V Street. Bedford Police were notified.

9:57 p.m. Report of cattle out in the 7100 block of Ind. 60 West.

9:16 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1200 block of Pike Road. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marshall Volunteer Fire Department responded.

8:15 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at a home in the 3500 block of Ind. 54 West. Perry and Marshall VFDs responded. It was a false alarm.

6:53 p.m. Perry VFD responded to a home in the 10 block of Ary Hills Road to eject smoke from the home from an earlier stove fire.

2:56 p.m. A resident in the 180 block of Liberty Street in Huron reported someone had sprayed their privacy bushes with weedkiller and now they are wilting.

1:05 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Woodview Way Court reported the theft of mail.

1:02 p.m. Report that a person wanted on a warrant was at a home in the 700 block of Dixie Highway.

11:36 a.m. DCS was on station requesting an officer assist with a home visit.

10:37 a.m. Request for extra patrol in the 200 block of East Grissom Avenue because someone attempted to break into a home.

10:40 a.m. A resident in the 400 block of North Fifth Street reported that her daughter did not come home.

1:46 p.m. Report of a fire alarm sounding at Spring Mill Vet. Mitchell and Marion VFDs responded. There was no fire.

2:21 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Main Street requested to know the officer that worked Friday night at the house fire in the 400 block of Vine Street.

3:24 p.m. A woman reported that someone broke into a mobile home in the 300 block of Hancock Avenue.

4:46 p.m. Report of a teen shooting a handgun behind a home on Vine Street, off Sixth Street. Police say a teen was shooting a small cross bow into foam and there was no problem.

6:25 p.m. Report of a Jeep illegally parked in the 1300 block of Elm Park Drive. Police spoke to the owner and the vehicle was moved.

6:33 p.m. 911 call report an elderly man was yelling and trying to swing at a teen and another person is holding the man back at a home in the corner of Seventh and Oak streets.

7:28 p.m. An officer stopped a vehicle for erratic driving at Wendy's parking lot. The driver was arrested.

7:34 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Dale Street reported his 17 year old daughter ran away. The caller believes the teen is at her grandmothers in Bedford.

7:39 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of West Warren Street reported the theft of a eye glasses.

8:34 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of West Grissom Avenue reported a stray cat was caught in a trap.

9:20 p.m. DCS requested an officer to the 100 block of West Warren Street to see if two juveniles were there.

9:45 p.m. Report of a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic on Ind. 37 traveling south and was now by Tieman Tires. The driver, an elderly woman, pulled into McDonalds and police spoke to the woman and everything was ok.

11:03 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of Dean Street reported a battery. Two women were on station at 11:47 p.m. to file charges.

12:55 p.m. A resident requested assistance getting his wife from the vehicle to the house.

12:56 p.m. A woman reported she lost her wallet in the area of the Senior Citizens Center.

1:11 p.m. Report of an intoxicated man behind a home in the 200 block of Frank Street urinating in the yard and there are children there. Police say this is the property of the man's deceased mother and he has been drinking but not doing anything wrong. He was advised of the complaint.

3:29 p.m. Report of a tied up dog not being fed or watered in the 500 block of Meridian Road. The dog did have water and appears to be fed.

5:44 p.m. A person on station about a custody issue. The man advised the woman was to bring their 15-year-old to a home in Orleans. The woman did not do that and advised the officers it was her visitation time and would return the teen on Saturday. Police advised the person how to handle the situation.

5:48 p.m. Report of a property damage accident at 60's Eastside. A crane truck had hit a canopy.

6:18 p.m. A person was on station about a civil dispute in the 300 block of West Frank Street. The person was advised they would have to go to small claims court. The person became agitated and started to yell and cuss at the dispatcher. The dispatcher advised the person there was nothing they could do and the person said he was going to take care of it with a baseball bat. An officer responded to the station and spoke with the person.

6:54 p.m. Report of two male juveniles harassing drivers in the area of Hancock Avenue and Carter Lane. Police were unable to find the juveniles.

8:22 p.m. Police spoke to two females about go-carts on the roadway in the Grissom Avenue area.

10:31 p.m. A resident on East Frank Street reported they were coming down the alley and saw someone trying to break into a home. The subjects were in a red raised-up truck.

11:24 p.m. Report of a protective order violation on West Grissom Avenue.

July 18

1:38 a.m. A male reported that is wife is refusing to let him have items from their home on Dean Street. Officers spoke to the woman and the male got his personal items.

4:23 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver on Meridian Road in a white S-10 traveling south in front of Lehigh.

7:08 p.m. A man was on station to report trespassing. Officers spoke with those involved and a no trespass order was signed.

7:43 p.m. Report of a domestic fight in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

8:51 p.m. A resident in Walker Addition reported their 13-year-old son was being harassed by three others.

9:01 p.m. A resident in Walker Addition reported somewhere in the Addition for the past two days there was a dog barking and yelping like it was injured. This was the second call about the injured dog. Officers were unable to locate a problem. But there was a puppy at a home that was yelping, but was okay.

10:59 p.m. A resident on North Sixth Street requested extra patrols because someone is coming on her porch and knocking on the door. Police were unable to locate anyone in the area.
