12:49 a.m. Report that a juvenile, who is on probation, was refusing to come home. The caller reported her son was now headed to their home at the intersection of Second and Frank streets to pack his things and leave. At 1:31 a.m. the boy told police he had been battered earlier and will come to the police station later to file charges

4:40 p.m. A resident in the 100 block of Dale Street reported that someone had cut the electrial cords and the power is off. Police say it was an extension cord from another address to the Dale Street location that had been disconnected.

5:56 p.m. Accident with severe injuries south of Bud Ikerd Road on Peerless Road. A person had been ejected from the vehicle and the vehicle was over an embankment. Two medical helicopters were enroute. Marshall, Shawswick, Oolitic and Indian Creek VFDs responded. Some treated the injured while other first responders set up a landing zone at Dive Church. One was flown to Riley Children's Hospital and the other to Eskanaki Hospital. No accident report was available this morning

3:01 p.m. A resident at Elm Park 2 reported they were being harassed by their neighbor

3:06 a.m. An employee at the Marathon station reported a woman as inside the station and afraid to go back outside because someone was following her. The woman left the station and got into a vehicle and the employee called police again to report several people had surrounded the woman's vehicle. Everyone had left the area when police arrived

The woman was released to her son.

12:43 p.m. Report of a man flashing a gun at the caller and his wife as they were discipling their child. Now the person is following them. The couple stopped in the parking lot of Rural King and so did the man with the gun. Bedford police responded
