12:38 p.m. Report of an alarm sounding in the 1000 block of West Oak Street. A person was installing cabinets

1:20 p.m. $75 in cash and a cell phone and case with keys in it were stolen from a vehicle on South Seventh Street

5:34 p.m. Report of no water pressure at Edna Pizza and 60s East Side. Not a city problem but problem with the hot water

6:01 p.m. An employee at the Dollar Store wanted an officer to serve a no trespass order on a male at the store due to thefts

6:47 p.m. A resident on South Seventh Street reported he gave his air compressor to a neighbor to have it welded and now the neighbor will not give it back so the caller wants to report the air compressor stolen.

7:25 p.m. A caller reported they were driving on Seventh Street when another motorist in a green Dodge was driving erratically and almost caused the caller to have an accident and he had his 6-year-old son in the vehicle with him. The caller reported he got into a verbal fight with the other driver and wanted it logged.

8:16 p.m. A caller told police an older Buick almost ran his vehicle off the road on Main Street and now that vehicle is at the ATM at Mid Southern Bank

8:35 p.m. A resident at Sixth and Brook streets reported they saw a male in a dark shirt and baseball cap attempting to break into their neighbors vehicle and ran when the caller was pulling up to their home. At 8:45 p.m. police received a call that someone was attempting to break into a van on Brook Street. A 8:57 p.m. A woman called saying she found a purple bike on her porch that could belong to those breaking into vehicles.

8:53 p.m. A man was on station with papers to be served on renters requesting them to vacate the property on East Frank Street. The residents were escorted from the property

9:25 p.m. A resident in Williams reported that a Mitchell woman keeps calling and texting her and wants her to stop. The caller was advised on how to handle the situation

10:19 p.m. Domestic dispute in the 300 block of Bartlett Drive

10:39 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1000 block of Grissom Avenue, a woman was suffering a possible heart attack. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded

11:07 p.m. A resident in the 1100 block of Tulip Street reported her husband was severely intoxicated and making threats and acting violent. Police advised the man that he needs to stay off property or he will be arrested for criminal trespass

1:15 a.m. A resident in the 400 block of 8th Street reported that someone on a motorcycle revving the engine right in front of her property. it is making her uncomfortable and she wants an officer in the area to check it out. At 1:46 a.m. an officer brought male on station who stole the motorcycle

10:10 a.m. A man was on station to see where officers were on his case when his tires were slashed in July

3:14 p.m. A man was on station to report the theft of a bank card and checkbook and other items from a home on Tulip Street

4:14 p.m. A woman requested extra patrol during morning school traffic at North 9th and Oak Streets because of speeding vehicles and that a child was almost run over this morning.

4:16 p.m. A resident at Persimmon Park apartments report the theft of an X-Box. The caller called again at 10:48 p.m. to report she knew who took the game system and that they sold it to Game Stop

5:11 p.m. A resident on North Stevens Street reported her 21-year-old son is there causing problems and refusing to leave.

5:16 p.m. A resident on South 8th Street reported the father of her son was coming to their home on possible drugs and wanted it logged.

6:31 p.m. A resident reported that someone threw something through the window of his rental property on Dean Street.

6:45 p.m. A man was on station that someone has been camping on this three empty lots on West Brook Street and cutting down his trees. Police spoke to some males and will make extra patrols

6:56 p.m. A resident on Ind. 60 west reported their two beagles were missing.

7:51 p.m. Report of a domestic fight between an older couple in a gold Chevrolet. The woman was attempting to get out of the vehicle and the male was shoving her back into the car in a parking lot at Arby's. The vehicle left and was traveling southbound on Ind. 37

8:41 p.m. A man was on station reporting his 15-year-old son was battered by a 10th grader in the hallway near the library four times. He father had spoke to school officials and is not happy with how they are handling this and it continues to happen.

11:16 p.m. A resident in the 1000 block of West Warren Street reported harassment
