8:49 p.m. Report of a woman going door to door on 6th Street near the liquor store, asking to use a phone saying her car had ran out of gas. The caller says it was a red car with blue doors. The woman had returned to the car with a male and the woman jumped out of the car when it went around the block

9:53 p.m. Officers went to a home in the 300 block of Dean Street to serve an arrest warrant. A man was arrested

10:33 p.m. A resident in the 1500 block of Hancock Avenue reported a male and female came into his home and are causing an argument

  • 1:25 p.m. A woman was on station to rpeort her daughter had locked herself out of her home with food cooking on the stove in the 200 block of South Meridian Road. Mitchell VFD responded and gained entry to the home
  • 1:25 p.m. Report of a suspicious item laying on Crawford Street between Sixth and Seventh streets. It was a bag full of clothes. The officer placed it along the side of the street in case the owner returns looking for it
  • 1:31 p.m. Medical emergency at Mitchell Manor. A man had fallen in the parking lot and cut his head. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded
