12:57 p.m. Report of an aggressive dog loose in the 600 block of Trinton Circle.

2:27 p.m. Intoxicated person at the Fayetteville School. The man went to IU Health Hospital voluntarily.

2:10 p.m. A person was on station to report a protective order violation.

1:45 p.m. Report of the theft of tools from a driveway in the 200 block of Burton Lane. The male caller has Alzheimers and found the tools.

12:50 p.m. Medical emergency in the 500 block of 17th Street. A woman fell. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded.

12:08 p.m. Report of illegal burning in the 500 block of Sunny Acres Drive. Shawswick VFD responded.

12:06 p.m. Report of hogs loose and tearing up a yard in the 2300 block of Fort Ritner Road.

10:54 a.m. Report of a suspicious blue Saturn on Boyd Lane. The driver keeps driving around the neighborhood and there is a male and female in the vehicle.

10:37 a.m. A large pack of chihuahua attacked a resident twice at Farmer and Liberty Bell streets.

5:58 a.m. A resident in the 2600 block of Harrodsburg Road reported a red car kept driving past her home most of the night.

3:10 a.m. Report of an unwanted man at a home in the 2900 block of Ted Jones Drive.

2:03 a.m. A scooter driver reported that someone in a truck had thrown a beer can at him and hit his scooter and now he was stopped at Fayetteville Baptist Church and requested to speak to an officer.

12:59 a.m. Disabled motorist on Ind. 446 north of Ind. 58. The motorist reported she believed she had a flat tire due to lane makers on the highway. Police said the woman had ran over an orange cone and it was stuck under the vehicle.

2:30 a.m. Rebecca Edmonson, 40, 309 N 8th St., wanted on a warrant for battery resulting in bodily injury.

9:02 a.m. Report of a water leak near a driveway on East Brook Street.

9:53 a.m. Report of a fight on South Ninth Street. A woman was being hit by a male. Police were unable to locate the couple.

11:45 a.m. Report of a white Fusion coming into Mitchell from Ind. 60 East. The driver is possibly intoxicated and all over the road. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

2:24 p.m. Alarm sounding at the American Legion on Sheeks Drive. Police spoke to employees and there was no problem.

2:52 p.m. A child was choking on Hancock Avenue. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

4:52 p.m. A woman was on station about a problem with her ex-husband. Police received a second call at 5:50 p.m. reporting the man was driving recklessly through Lakeside Estates and keeps getting out of his vehicle and knocking on the woman's door. He also ran over several trash barrels. At 9:11 p.m. the woman called saying the man is at her door. The man heard the woman on the phone with police and left. Police were unable to find the man.

4:55 p.m. A woman was on station to pick up her driver's license.

6:26 p.m. A person was on station to turn in an items they found in the Ruler's parking lot.

7:10 p.m. A person in the 600 block of West Warren Street reported there was a person at a home and is not to be there. The person was told to leave and not return until the previous renter was available to let them get their belongings.

7:11 p.m. A man was on station to have police check three guns he was getting ready to purchase.

7:13 p.m. The landlord at Lakeside Estates requested extra patrols because of possible problems with a previous renter.

8:09 p.m. Report of loud noise coming from the alley across the street of Warren Street. Police could not locate a problem.

8:47 p.m. Report of a black SUV traveling east on Ind. 60 West at a high-rate of speed and weaving in and out of traffic.

9:50 p.m. Medical emergency in the 200 block of South Fifth Street. A man had a hand injury . A Seals ambulance responded.

10:41 p.m. Medical emergency in the 700 block of Main Street in Mitchell. A woman was having a seizuer. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

10:35 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 24000 block of Stonington Road. They were shooting at targets.

7:20 p.m. Report of a burglary to a garage in the 20 block of Harry Corya Lane.

6:39 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 200 block of Lucas Street.

6:14 p.m. A person requested an officer call them because they were receiving threats.

6:12 p.m. Medical emergency in the 600 block of Donica Church A male was suffering a possible stroke. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Marshall VFD responded.

6:10 p.m. Report of a person refusing to treat her children who have head lice. Department of Child Services was contacted.

5:54 p.m. A resident in the 800 block of 17th Street requested an ambulance and then hung up. A Seals ambulance responded.

5:30 p.m. Report of an incorrigible juvenile in the 100 block of Trinton Circle. Probation was contacted.

5:03 p.m. Possible intoxicated driver in a white small truck northbound from Mitchell.

4:33 p.m. Older Taurus almost ran a school bus off the road traveling northbound on Ind. 37 from Mitchell.

4:31 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1600 block of L Street. A man had fallen. A Seals ambulance responded.

4:28 p.m. Report of a burglary in the 500 block of Cobb Lane. Two chainsaws were taken.

4:26 p.m. Report of a driver in a red Cavalier almost running another motorist off the road traveling southbound on Ind. 37 from the bridge.

4:20 p.m. A person was at the Rosemount attempting to get their belongings.

4 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a black Dodge in the 400 block of 15th Street.

3:51 p.m. Report of a loud explosion and smoke at the quarry on Main Street in Oolitic. Oolitic VFD responded. A transformer exploded and there was a fire. The fire was out and Duke Energy was contacted.

10:38 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Ind. 37 near TJ Williams Body Shop.

10:58 a.m. Medical emergency in the 2000 block of Avoca Eureka Road. A woman was suffering low blood pressure. Indian Creek VFD responded.

9:56 a.m. A woman was on station about a protective order violation.

8:54 a.m. BNL reports threats. A student was taken to the sheriff's department and later arrested and taken to the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center.

8:54 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1300 block of Elm Park. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

2:37 a.m . Report of the theft of a 1993 Ford F150. The truck was found just down the road.

4:20 a.m. Property damage accident on Ind. 450. The vehicle was in a cornfield. The driver was found walking down Louie Smith Road and was cited for driving while driver's license suspended.

7:51 a.m. A resident in the 300 block East Frank Street reported a tan Buick LeSabre was parked in his yard. The owner was contacted and will move the vehicle.

8:59 a.m. Medical emergency at Elm Park. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

1:36 p.m. Medical emergency at Camelot Courts. A Seals ambulance responded.

4:02 p.m. Report of a small tan beagle loose on South Ninth Street.

4:30 p.m. A Lakeside Estates resident was on station to warn possible trouble with his daughter and others later that afternoon.

4:34 p.m. A male juvenile was on station reporting that two juveniles were trying to fight with him.

4:54 p.m. Domestic fight on West Hancock Avenue.

5:08 p.m. Report of a small white truck all over the roadway on Ind. 37 traveling northbound near McDonalds.

4:35 p.m. Medical emergency on Main Street near the police station was reporting numbness. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

7:11 p.m. A woman reported her daughter's boyfriend would not bring her daughter home and then when he did would not let her out of the vehicle and threatened to harm himself and her. The woman requested extra patrols.

7:52 p.m. Medical emergency at Main Street in front of the hardware store. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

8:03 p.m. A man was on station to report the theft of a bike from his yard on East Frank Street.

8:33 p.m. A resident at 10th and Main streets reported a black full-size truck was parked on the yellow line on the sidewalk and almost in his yard. Police said the vehicle was not a traffic hazard or parking on the sidewalk or in the yard.

8:47 p.m. A woman was having a seizure on Main Street at the festival. A Seals ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded.

2:30 p.m. Superior Court II reported that someone called them reporting they got a call from the courts saying they owed money for a ticket. Court officials reported they do not call anyone when they have a traffic violation.
