  • 11:16 p.m. Report of people outside reeving a vehicle and yelling at Hamilton Courts
  • 10:24 p.m. Medical emergency in the 310 block of East Frank Street. A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend had found someone attempting to steal their vehicle and confronted them and was hit in the head with a brick. The woman then heard a loud crash and found the vehicle crashed into a building down the road. She ran back home and found the male convulsing on the kitchen floor and bleeding from a head wound. An AMR ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded. The male was taken to IU Health Hospital for treatment
  • 9:46 p.m. A 50-inch television was missing from a home in the 210 block of North Sixth Street
  • 9:16 p.m. Medical emergency in the 340 block of Ind. 458. A male had fallen half way out of the bed and the female caller can't move him. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek VFD responded

  • 5:56 a.m. Domestic fight in the 160 block of Emily Lane. A male is preventing a woman and her child from leaving the home. The male is armed with an AR-15. The woman and child have locked themselves in a bedroom. The woman says the male has fired a shot from a weapon inside the home. The Emergency Response Team was alerted along with an Indiana State Police negotiator. The male surrendered before the teams arrived. He was taken to IU Health Hospital for a medical evaluation and then arrested
  • 3:36 a.m. Medical emergency in the 330 block of Peaceful Valley Road. The caller was suffering a possible panic attack and says he is having an issue with his appendix. The caller will meet the ambulance at Wesley Chapel Church. An AMR ambulance and Marion VFD responded
  • 2:57 a.m. Report of a person in a silver van driving up and down the road on South Hill Drive. Police will make extra patrols
  • 2:27 a.m. Request for a lift assist in the 80 block of Gunsmith Road. A woman had fell out of bed. An AMR ambulance and Marion VFD responded
