  • 4:47 p.m. 911 call from the 620 block of Sportsman Club Road. Then the caller hung up. Dispatch called back and got an answering machine. On the second call back the caller answered saying his grandson who lives with him was a little out of control but everything was ok now and the grandson left the home
  • 4:50 p.m. 911 call reporting her daughter is in a dangerous relationship in Harrison County. The caller was transferred to Indiana State Police
  • 5:02 p.m. Traffic stop at South 9th and Lawrence streets. The driver was cited into court. No charge was listed on the log
  • 5:06 p.m. 911 call from a resident in the 313 17th Street reporting she found a baby dee in her yard
  • 5:46 p.m. Found property in the 300 block of Fifth Street in Oolitic. The caller's children found a wallet and its contents spread out across the road
  • 6:01 p.m. Animal control requested to State Road 37 between Sinclair station and Tieman Tire for a skinny brown dog running in and out of traffic. Animal control couldn't find the dog

  • 6:53 p.m. Two women were found on station to report they found an elderly male walking along the roadway in the 1420 block of I Street and brought the man to the station. The male was with his brother at a family reunion and got separated from him. The male believes he is in Florida. Police called the male's sister who lives in Mitchell and she will come pick him up

Then the call dropped. The dispatcher attempted to call back and there was no answer. Then at 8:50 p.m. there was a second call and the caller says "forget about it" and then in the background the male could be heard saying "hit me again." A female wanted to leave the home and was taken by an officer to her sister's home. was taken from the home and dropped off at her sisters by. At 9:47 p.m. police were called back to the home for a suicidal male. The male was in possession of a gun
  • 8:49 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Orange County line. A citation was issued for speeding
  • 9:21 p.m. A resident in the 1900 block of Cody Road reported hearing a loud boom south of her home on Noe Road and she could see smoke and an orange hue coming from the ground in the area. The woman called back and says she now believes it is a trash fire
