Three Facing Charges In Fatal Hit-And-Run

(SPENCER, IN) - Three people are facing charges in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident last month in Owen County.
28-year-old Tabitha Lewis of Quincy, Indiana, is accused of failure to return to the scene of accident resulting in death.
35-year-old Tracy Lucas and 47-year-old Mark Blake are charged with obstruction of justice.
12-year-old William Bottoms was struck and killed while walking home from a dance at the Cunot Community Center.
