Police Recieve Leads In Former Mitchell Resident's Murder
(CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN) - Police have few leads in the death of a Crawfordsville woman.
Officers were called to the home of 62-year-old Brenda Stuckey, who formerly lived in Mitchell just after 8:00AM Monday when her daughter found her dead, lying on the living room floor.
An autopsy revealed Stuckey died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Crawfordsville Police are asking for help from anyone who may have seen anything unusual around her house at the time.
Stuckey was a 1965 graduate of Mitchell High School and had been involved in planning her class' 45-year reunion.
A graveside service for Stuckey is today at 11:00AM at Hop Cemetery near Campbellsburg.
