Bomb Scare Causes Bloomington Evacuation

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A bomb scare caused the evacuation of an apartment complex building on the east side of Bloomington.
Bloomington Police say a maintenance worker found two pipes tied together with a wire extending from them in a second floor apartment closet.
The Emergency Ordinance Disposal Unit of the Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center investigated and found the realistic looking device was fake.
