18-Year-Old Airlifted To Hospital Following Car Wreck

(MARENGO, IN) - An 18-year-old Marengo girl was injured in a one vehicle crash Monday evening.
Police say Michelle Johnson was traveling north on State Road 237 when her vehicle ran off the roadway, over an embankment, striking a tree.
Johnson was then airlifted to the University of Louisville Hospital with possible neck and chest injuries.
Johnson, who was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the wreck, has since been listed in stable condition.
