West Baden Man Charged With OWI

(WEST BADEN, IN) - A West Baden man was arrested Wednesday night after being pulled over while driving in the French Lick area.
According to the Indiana State Police Jasper Post, 22-year-old Leroy Edward Kalb was driving a 1993 Ford Explorer west on College Street in French Lick when he was pulled over for failure to signal a lane change and for a seat belt violation.
During their investigation police determined that Kalb was impaired.
He was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior offense, and was booked into the Orange County Jail.
