First H1N1 Death In Greene County

(LINTON, IN) - Greene County has reported its first H1N1-related death.
The death occurred in Linton last week and confirmation came after the state confirmed test results conducted Friday.
The person was in one of the five priority groups that health officials are targeting with immunization clinics.
Preliminary data indicated that the individual had not been immunized.
The state death toll from the 2009 H1N1 flu is at 13.
Two H1N1 related deaths were reported on Friday in Hamilton and Allen counties.
