Bloomington Man Accused Of Molesting Two Girls

(COLUMBUS) - A Bloomington man accused of molesting two girls younger than ten and taking illicit photos and video of them appeared in court for his first hearing Tuesday.
Authorities say 49-year-old Rick Rarey inappropriately touched at least one of the girls and photographed and video recorded them in illicit poses.
Convicted of three counts of child molesting in 1994, Rarey faces three new charges of child molesting and one count of child exploitation.
If convicted, he faces up to 74 years in prison.
His trial is scheduled for November 10th in Bartholomew Circuit Court.
