One Dead, One Injured After Shooting; House Fire

(NASHVILLE) - One person is reportedly dead and another in serious condition after a house fire in Brown County yesterday morning.
Investigators aren't treating it as an accident, rather a murder.
The Brown County Democrat reports that Prosecutor Jim Oliver said later this morning that the deceased victim had "what appears to be a gunshot wound to the head."
The fire was reportedly happened at around 3:00 AM the Whispering Pines subdivision, located off Oak Ridge Road in northern Brown County.
Names are not being released at this time but the victim in serious condition was flown by helicopter to an Indy Hospital.
