Duke Energy Driver Hits Utility Pole

A man driving his work truck, a Duke Energy truck yesterday afternoon was heading westbound on State Road 158 and with the wet road conditions that we had yesterday, slid off of the road while driving around a curve.
As he was sliding off the road he noticed he was heading towards a utility pole swerved to the left to avoid hitting the pole and ended up hitting another pole a couple feet away.
The driver was not injured in the wreck.
