"There Oughta Be A Law!" Teen's Nude Spray Tan Has Local Reps Talking

(GREENE COUNTY) - An incident where a 15-year-old Greene County girl forged a permission slip to get a spray-on tan, in the nude, has state legislators talking.
The Greene County Daily World reports Jasonville Republican Bruce Borders and Orleans Democrat Sandy Blanton are considering a law that would put restrictions on the application of spray-on tans.
The paper says the teen went to the salon with the forged permission, and the owner, a male, took the teen into a private booth and applied the solution to her nude body.
Indiana law has nothing to say on the matter, and that's what has the girls mother, along with Blanton and Borders, upset.
