Oolitic Residents Can Apply For Firearms Permits Online

(OOLITIC) - Residents of Oolitic will join several Indiana counties who may apply for an Indiana firearms permit from their home computer or any other internet connected computer.
This is the beginning of the statewide rollout of the web based computer application system.
The indiana State Police will continue bringing on other counties in the months to come.
The new application process was developed by Holt, Sheets and Associates, and it is hopeful that Oolitic residents can begin applying online after May 18th.
