IU Student Arrested For Spray Painting Buildings

(BLOOMINGTON) - An IU student is in trouble with the law after police say they saw her spray-painting a downtown business.
20-year-old Maeve Peterson-Miller faces preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief.
Two officers say Peterson-Miller took off running when she spotted them.
They say they found a can of black spray paint on the woman when they caught up with her.
According to the police report, the woman spray-painted the name "Rosie" on three buildings.
Bond is set at $1,000.
