Atheist Group Suing Bloomington Transit Bus Department

(BLOOMINGTON) - An atheist group is suing the Transit Bus Department in Bloomington because it wouldn’t allow the group to purchase ad space.
The Indiana atheist bus campaign wanted to place an advertisement that read, "You can be good.. Without God."
But the city's public transportation corporation rejected it saying its "controversial" nature is in violation of their policies.
