(BEDFORD) - The warm weather brought the motorcyclists out this weekend, and with bikers came a quick spike in bike accidents.

Three accidents in Lawrence County caused some sort of injury, though some were more significant than others.

In one wreck, 56-year-old Roger Matthews of Otwell, Indiana was driving south on IN-37 through the Mitchell Road overpass when a gust of wind hit him sideways, causing him to lose balance and sent him into a concrete guardrail.

Matthews was taken to Bedford Regional Medical Center with contusions to his lower leg.
