Holiday World Auctioning Off First Ride On Tallest Ever Slide For Charity
(SANTA CLAUS) - Have you ever wanted to fall 131 feet down a practical waterfall only to land in a pool creating a wall of water 45 feet high and 90 feet wide? Have you ever wanted to be the very first one to do that?
Well, now's your chance. Holiday World and Splashin' Safari are holding an eBay auction for people who want to be the very first to go over their new "Pilgrim's Plunge" water ride, which they claim is the tallest waterslide in the world.
The auction listing says the top 5 bidders in the Dutch-style auction will be the first to shoot the chute, and will also get a few other goodies to go along with it.
Each of the 5 winners will get 2 tickets to the park, lunch, beach towels and, of course, the first ride over.
