Missing Sex Offender Found In Kentucky Shelter

(FRANKFORT, KY) - An update on a story we originally reported at the end of last month, 37-year-old Michael Wayne Henderson has been found at a Frankfort, Kentucky shelter and was arrested.
Henderson was originally convicted in Indiana on sexual predator-related charges, and was recently released from jail after having served his sentence.
However, he failed to register as a sex offender in Indiana, prompting a warrant for his arrest by the Indiana State Police post in Jasper.
Henderson was reportedly considered to be a very dangerous individual, according to information provided by state police.
He currently is detained, awaiting extradition, at the Franklin County, Kentucky Regional Jail.
