Weekend Winter Weather Causes Fewer Problems Than Earlier Storm

(BEDFORD) - Snow and ice over the weekend caused issues on the roads, primarily through Saturday, however, they weren’t nearly as bad as things were late last week.
Only one accident resulted in any sort of injury when 66-year-old David Armstrong of Oolitic slid on ice on Logan Bottoms Road, struck a tree and turned his minivan on its side. Armstrong complained of pain to his elbow and lower arm, however, did not require an ambulance.
All other accidents were minor property damage accidents or mere slide-offs.
