Elizabethtown Man Arrested Two Times In The Same Day At Same Place

(ELIZABETHTOWN) - Police say an Elizabethtown man was arrested twice Sunday morning, the second time about four hours after being released from Bartholomew County jail.

21-year-old James Elgar was arrested around 3:00am for possession of marijuana outside a Columbus, Indiana McDonald's.

At 7:00am, Elgar was arrested by a different CPD officer at the same location for disorderly conduct.
