(UNDATED) - The National Weather Service has issued another winter storm advisory in the area due to the freezing rain coming in this morning.

For the northern half of the listening area, including lawrence, Martin, Greene, Monroe, Brown and Jackson Counties, a winter weather advisory is in effect until 1:00pm this afternoon.

For the southern half of the listening area, including Orange, Washington and Crawford Counties, the winter weather advisory expires at 9:00am this morning.

Law enforcement agencies throughout the listening area have been dealing with slick roads, and WBIW News tipsters have called in saying they've had problems with sliding on Lawrence County bridges and overpasses, so drive carefully this morning.

And make sure you keep listening to 1340 WBIW and watching the Winter Weather Watchers for the latest on severe weather information and closings, cancellations and delays.
