Second Suspect Arrested In Columbus Man's Shooting

(COLUMBUS) - Texas authorities have arrested a second suspect in a drive-by shooting that left a Columbus, Indiana man dead.
24-year-old Jose Ruiz allegedly drove the vehicle from which the shots that killed Roberto Flores were fired last month outside El Paraiso bar.
The suspected shooter, 30-year-old Moises Osorio is in custody.
